  My first BW experience did not disappoint. I’ve been loyal to Hol Inn Exp & Suites for a long time. This Best Western will change that. Friendly service at the front desk, a clean room, comfortable beds, nice pillows and best dang shower head I’ve ever stood under. The only suggestion would be better electrical. We had to move the bedside table to gain access to an outlet. No excuse for that in a time where everyone needs to charge one, two or more devices. Oh yeah, and $62 cheaper per night than the HIES only a few miles away.

  The stay was definitely not what I expected.. the room was dirty and had hair throughout the entire room. It was hair on the floor, tub, shower, tissue box and hair left on the shampoo bottle! Not to mention it was a fake eye lash on my hand towel. The tissue box only had 2 pieces of tissue in it. Stuff on the counter was out of place so I’m not sure if that was used or not. The tv channels were not as listed on the paper they had in the room. They offered me another room but I had already cleaned up what they didn’t. My thing is that if you book something I shouldn’t have to move around because the room isn’t clean. It also make me think about what else wasn’t cleaned properly. I always use best western where I can but I must say this is the first time I’ve have this problem. One corner of the room looked as if it hadn’t been swept in months. I asked the manager what could they do to compensate me for my time cleaning and not having a clean room per what I booked and paid for. She offered me points or $20. I’m like are you joking she’s like no… I thought I was dreaming lol and that had to be a joke. I took photos of everything because I plan on doing a google review! Rooms should be cleaned throughly and ready when customers reserve them.

  Rooms were very nice. The bed was so comfortable. Walking distance to good restaurants.

  had an excellent experience at Best Western Plus, thanks to Kelly, the front manager. After driving 11 hours, I arrived to find that my reservation had been canceled due to a third-party issue. At that moment, I was exhausted and frustrated—but Kelly completely turned the situation around. She handled everything with true professionalism, calmness, and care. Not only did she quickly secure two clean rooms for us, but she also made sure we would be refunded for the mistake. That level of accountability and customer service is rare. Best Western should truly recognize Kelly and even have her help train front desk staff—she represents what real hospitality should look like. Because of her, I was able to finally rest and enjoy my trip. Thank you, Kelly—you made a stressful situation easy.
