Breakfast options were extremely poor for vegetarians — almost the same limited spread every day, with no effort to add variety or accommodate. For a long stay, this was frustrating. Housekeeping was unreliable and often delayed. Getting the room cleaned or basic requests addressed always took follow-ups. The overall attitude and courtesy of staff was lacking. Instead of making a guest feel welcome, the service felt indifferent and unhelpful. For a three-week stay at a brand like Staybridge/IHG, I expected much better. Sadly, the hotel failed on consistency, service, and basic hospitality. I would not recommend this property, especially for long stays.
