    Unfortunately, the manager was inflexible with the cancellation policy, and I was unable to stay at this place. I'm leaving a review to give caution to their inflexibility. They require a three day cancellation. I tried canceling the day before, even offering up to credit for a future stay. The manager never returned my call. I guess I will never leave a review about staying at this hotel since there are much more accommodating managers in charge of quality hotels.

    Beautiful Hotel. Lovely rooms..however there were 3 large events Saturday November the 8th! There was ONE bartender on duty with a young "bar back" ..they never caught up..line was deep all around the bar. ..and then the next morning at Breakfast the same problem. One waitress and a restaurant full. It took forever to get a coffee and don't even think about a refill! Sunday night at 947 pm after returning to the hotel we went to the bar and they had decided to close early. Said they had last call at 945! There was no one there! So I think a hotel that has so much to offer should probably have more staff as needed! And stick to advertised hours for opening and closing! And I also am never comfortable with children hanging out in a bar whether they are with their parents or not!

    Wonderful experience, but 5 Star Hotels are very rare in my evaluations, because I can afford them on very rare occasions, Hotel Indigo has reasonably priced quality accommodations with a large number of staff, more than I've seen in other similarly priced hotels. The staff are very attentive, courteous, and professional.

    I was a groomsmen for my friend and the wedding party and many more stayed at the Indigo in Mount Pleasant. Everything was awesome! Most notably, Rory at the front desk! I cant say in one review all the things he did to make our stay worth while. Simply an awesome person!

    The hotel is very pretty, they have a nice restaurant and pool area. Unfortunately we did not have hot water in the shower or sink our first night. We did get hot water back in the shower after the first night but did not have hot water in the sink for the entire 4 day stay. When notifying the front desk about it they really offered no help and said the whole area had no water pressure and they couldn’t do anything about it. It wasn’t about the pressure, it was about the hot water which they didn’t even address. As far as location, looking back at making my reservation l, it would have made more sense to stay more in town and not have to keep paying for Ubers. It was pennywise and dollar foolish. Like I said, nice place, clean, but would not recommend to stay here but stay closer to town (unless you have a car here)
