    Horrible customer service. “Dorothy” the manager claimed she had video of “the smoking” in my room. After stating that you could only charge me if it actually smelled like smoke, she said “someone definitely smoked in your room, I don’t know who it was but it smells like it and now that room is out.” I would gladly pay a fee if I smoked in the room. I didn’t. To treat a platinum elite member like this is ridiculous. We left before checkout time and left it spotless. Shame on you.

    Customer service was awesome, as well as room. We had the loft room, which was so cool and comfortable. Wonderful cleanliness, as well as service. We talked to Tisha at the front desk, and she was so sweet. Would definitely stay here again

    Very disappointed. For 4 guests, they offer 2 vouchers for breakfast and no solution for the other 2. Finally they explained that we can order a la carte...He went to talk to the manager (I highly doubt that this happened)... Came back with the same suggestion. Maybe it's my misunderstanding of the policy while we booked the room, but to tell me there is no solution... If you have a policy like that, maybe have a solution for cases like ours and ready to tell your guests when you drop the news before telling me there is nothing can be done.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean. The lobby is so nice and updated. The pool was heated and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable with great bedding. The quick drive over the bridge to downtown Charleston is just what we were looking for. We saved a lot by staying just outside the city. Definitely recommend!
