The beds were comfy. The indoor pool area and fitness room were well maintained. Breakfast was good! I can’t say enough about the front desk staff when I checked in, though!! Angel and Etta went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed for our stay (which was a celebration for my daughter’s 14th birthday)! It was just what she had in mind for a hotel slumber party!

- DMD McFNov 28, 20251.0Update: The manager has completely ignored my emails since my Thanksgiving visit, which I had to cut short due to extremely unsanitary conditions in all 3 rooms I viewed. I was instructed by corporate to contact him to receive 2,000 points I was promised but never received (1,000 points in October 2025 for a drop the coin game they played at the receptions (not making this up), and another 1,000 points for my inconvenience, when I had to check out on Thanksgiving Day 2025). He simply does not respond. I’m done trying to resolve this. Here is another one-star review, this place is completely unsanitary. Thanksgiving 2025: I have no idea why this place still gets 5 stars. I've been staying there for years when I'm in town. It used to be the best, clean. Now...unbelievably dirty, hair in the shower, questionable stains on sheets, etc. Past two stays, I had to switch rooms 3 times. Yesterday, after looking at the 3rd room, I left, it was disgusting. I will not be back. Update: To better be able to address housekeeping, I'm attaching the pictures I took from the 1st room. And please note, I went to another hotel after 3 rooms were not clean. I'd like to point out that this happened the past 3 visits to your location. I believe that the good reviews you receive stem from the awesome staff you have, excluding the relatively new housekeeping company. I suggest quality control after housekeeping, as all hotels should follow this practice. Thank you for taking the time to respond to my review, however, no further correspondence is necessary.
