Where they stood out was service and housekeeping. My room was serviced every single day which seems rare post-covid. I had an issue with my PTAC in the middle of the night. The fan blade was hitting something. Reported it as I left for work in the morning and had a brand new unit when I got back.

Breakfast is what you’d expect and tasty to be included. On Sunday we got sick unfortunately and that’s what has kept us in for this long. All the staff up until the person working Tuesday night have been accommodating. Previously asked for items to brought up with no issue. Tonight got told the staff could not bring toilet paper up even though they are aware we have the flu. Take it for what it’s worth.
- KMkameryn millerOct 19, 20252.0Upon walking into my room (King bed room), I checked everything out. I saw a brown smudge on the sheets and pulled them back to discover a bug. Now while house keeping may have not had control over the bug, the smudge was 100% noticeable. I went back down to the front desk and the lady was very apologetic and nice and immediately switched my room. I was then given a smaller hotel room with two beds. I wasn’t happy about this at all but made it work. Otherwise my stay was good!
