  Ok first off I stay eat and buy things from reviews from others. So with that said can say that some reviews for this hotel is NOT valid or true. Our experience: From the time we walked in til we left I give this Best Western 5 stars. Front desk always spoke housekeeping spoke and didn't rush us. Our room was more than spotless I could not find one thing wrong because some of these people are like staying this and that. After staying here I know those reviews need to come down. Breakfast was good eggs, waffles, corn beef hash, juice cereal a little mixture of everything. Parking was good. I only have one thing I found for me that could have been better. Beds are hotel style and slept okay. Coms: yeah only one thing. The toilet is extremely low since I'm disabled if I did have to use it I wouldn't been able to get back up truthfully. ( At time of booking I didn't see a ♿ room available. Thank you Virginia Resident

  Called them a day before saying we will be checking in early and the lady at the desk said it was fine, (drove just about 11 hours straight) when we get there I was told they didn’t have any rooms and would have to wait an hour. I get it things happen. When I then check in later they told me I was getting charged $50 for early check in. Would have been good to know when I called the day before. First night was ok. The room next to us was literally gagging on his tooth brush banging the tooth brush in the counter, then sounded like banging on the walls. Couldn’t actually fall asleep until 2am after our 11 hour drive. The second night has more than terrible. After a long day out of touring properties to potentially buy I was just about to get in the shower when I seen cockroach’s come out of the sink and just walk around the bathroom counter (where our tooth brushes are) then go back in the bathroom sink. I go down to front desk instantly and he told us all he can do is give us spray and go up there to see (which I get) but when I asked to change rooms he told me we’d have to stay in that room. Ended up says there’s no spray I get get for our room. I asked what would happen if we were to leave can we get a refund for that night. He told me that the manager would have to watch the cameras to determine if we get a refund… which was weird itself cause the roach was in the bathroom. When I went back up to the room and was talking to my fiance kids were running around the hall DONKY KICKIN, banging, and screaming at all the doors. When we went to leave we handed out cards in, we mentioned if the roach note was in our room so it was brought to their attention so others don’t have the same problem and she said “oh room 207” we said no she then said “oh 206” we said no room 306 so obviously other are having the same problem. Definitely will not be going back

  Absolutely wonderful BW! Top notch rooms, service, and wonderful complimentary breakfast. IF I had to give a negative feedback, it would be the access. Behind other businesses, and a little restricted getting in and. But having said that, I still HIGHLY recommend this BW!
