We were forced to change the temperature at the wall unit. The carpet was wet near the wall unit like it had been leaking. The tv remote did not function properly as it was a poorly programmed replacement remote. The toilet paper roll holder was falling out of the wall and there were zero towel bars to hang up used towels.
