Bathroom floor was also not clean. The TV was really bad. The picture was analog, not digital. The people working there seemed friendly and the continental breakfast was not bad.

They had a waffle station. I got a sausage biscuit. Biscuits were really good. Had an orange- would have been nice to have other fresh fruit options.
- MCMary CarrJan 31, 20262.0Ice machine has black slime on cubes .This was noticed after consuming large water bottle i fill with ice from same machine .left at 6am lost my appetite and was to pissed to address with staff.Dont remember the clerks name but check in was fast and friendly. This same friendly clerk got tv to work after screen said off line .Upon entrance to room smelled very dusty I cleaned the filters to the ac that were brown and fuzzy completely clogged.I never will stay with chain agian.I have never left a bad review with anyone so the fact that this is my first says alot about the disaster of a room .Needs a deep deep clean I've done hotel cleaning in past along with private house cleaning for over 40 yrs so I know attention to detail.

Typically, pet-friendly rooms can feel a bit 'worn,' but our room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. A huge shoutout to Brenda at the night front desk—she made check-in a breeze and was incredibly polite, efficient, and friendly after a long day of travel. 10/10, I would highly recommend this spot to anyone traveling with (or without) pets!
