  Right next to 4 lane road super noisy, lost reservation, hot water is barely warm, no elevator. Needs remodeling badly

  I came to visit this location to see a guest that was staying here while staying here I was walked up to and asked idntge needed help from the management team. When I states no I was told that the look suspicious and because I was walking in the hall. Given I wasn't inside the building for 3 min and had to take the stairs cause the elevator was not working. I spoke with the general manager for the place and ask is this how visitors are treated inside this hotel he stated no. I then asked him why was member of his team allow to talk to ciaufw like that.

  Response to management. When asking about coffee makers, we were not told any were available. Please follow us on Facebook at SNDTRAVELS and EATWELLTRAVELOFTEN 2.9.26 room 308 No coffee maker. Reason given, there's coffee downstairs. We'll that's convenient for staff but not customer friendly at all. Who wants to go back and forth everytime you want a cup? The room was fine. Bed was comfy and linens were decent. No hot water in the shower, barely lukewarm after letting it run awhile. Front desk was friendly and promised to have the hot water issue fixed promptly. Overall, things were good enough but the coffee maker will keep us from returning as we use it a few times every evening.

  The owner and his General Manager do a great job at keeping up with this property. Always go above and beyond for the customer. I would highly recommend!
