- EBEunjeong BackApr 4, 20261.0The bathroom had poor ventilation, so the humidity didn’t clear out and it felt very damp and uncomfortable. The food that was packaged as “warm meals” was just average at best. The front desk reception was extremely slow and frustrating. The door wouldn’t open, so we had to wait for assistance. The EV charger was also not working. Overall, I would not want to come back.
- ASAbby SnyderApr 3, 20261.0I can definitely see why this hotel has such a low rating! The parking was horrible. You were charged 10 dollars a day for parking and there was never anywhere to park. We stayed a week and saw a particular front desk women a few times, and everytime we spoke to her she was very rude. We weren’t able to give our toddler a bath due to the bathtub drain being broke and the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. There’s so many other hotels in the area, I recommend a different one!

Parking got a little crowded at night time but it didnt take long to find a spot to park in the surrounding landscaped areas. I would recommend this hotel to others trying to make a Hilton head vacation affordable.
- JPJames (Tofu Panda)Mar 24, 20265.0Location at night is difficult to locate. Signage is not very large. Parking was difficult here after 9pm. So get here early. During our stay breakfast was moved to the second floor. Hotel staff did a good job at keeping it full but due to the small seating area it was very congested. So get to breakfast first open or tail end. Staff is very nice and friendly. Its a short walk maybe 3-4 blocks to the beach. Tub/shower combo has a slippery surface so hold or brace against the wall when getting in and out. I would stay here again but I would pay for the balcony next stay. Just to have an "open" space to get the coast breeze.
