My husband and I love walking around and playing all the games scattered around the property - basketball, horse shoes, shuffleboard, and corn hole. We enjoyed walking out the boardwalk as well. The property is always quiet and peaceful. The rooms are always clean and nice. They have a free shuttle although we did not use this. The only thing they could improve on is their in room coffee.

The only complaint is the noise from the second floor room is awful. You can hear every footstep. Both times we have been a two bedroom villa. Beach is gorgeous. Marina is gorgeous. Food was great you can walk to several restaurants there’s a bakery at Marina with coffee in the morning. If you don’t want to drive, they have the convenient shuttle over to the beach that runs several times a day.

- JPJason PhillipsSep 28, 20252.0I am from Florida, so I’m not reviewing the beach, my local choices and experiences are much better. The room still had fresh paint off gassing smells. The front door didn’t close/seal all the way. It was difficult to turn the front door handle. The pool closes at 2100. The shuttle to the beach house stops at 1700. The beach house is a pretty big part of the experience to be shutoff at 1700. The shower faucet was unsealed and loose. The shower door was not level, and kept rolling open. The drive to the location is worse than I4 traffic to WDW. Aging drivers with bad eyesight/night vision, barely any street lights, and tourists that don’t know where they are going. The refrigerator door opened out towards the kitchenette, rather than towards the wall. So backwards from convenience.
