    As a Hilton Gold member who stays at many Hilton brand hotels I suggest you go somewhere else and do not consider this place. The front desk check-in are beyond terrible. They don't greet you, don't want to be bothered and it's clear they are only interested in taking care of their "friends" I called in the day before and said I was on Island and would arriving early. I used my honors app to select my room from the options provided. When I arrived she was rude said check in is at 3. I explained I know that and spoke to someone already as I was on island and had some refrigerated items and figured they could prioritize a room since I was now here. She didn't care and then proceeded to tell me the room I selected from the app was given to someone else. I selected top floor to avoid noise and she said I'd get something wherever one was cleaned and they would text me. I contacted Hilton Honors and they called here to get my points returned and they were sending me to a different hotel. They refused to refund my points and so they noted it in my account. I called back in and they said they would text me when the room was ready. By 3:05 pm still nothing so I called back in again for the 3rd time and ask for the manager Adrian, who wasn't in and was told the room was ready. They never called or text me as they promised after 4 hours. I got put on 2nd floor with people making noise above and the bed was not usable as it was soft and saggy. Absolutely terrible staff. I come to Hilton Head frequently and will not be back here and will make sure to warn others 😢

    Horrible experience. Front desk lady was extremely rude on phone. Would not recommend this place. For a "Hilton" I would expect much better customer service.

    You get what you pay for. Breakfast was extremely disappointing over a recent weekend with the meat trays constantly empty, the juice empty, giant lines of obviously irritated people wanting their breakfast. I probably won't return to this one. Hilton Garden Inns are so much nicer.

    The suites were fairly well equipped and the housekeeping staff did a great job keeping the rooms clean. But some of the front desk staff were downright unpleasant. There was this lady who upset my preteen kid by insisting on not letting him fill up his waffle cup with batter. She literally took it from his hand and filled it up to half (when the cup clearly had a line indicating where to stop if you wanted a full waffle). I find it deeply offensive that my kid was physically intervened in a "self serve" area. In general, the staff are unfriendly and the vibe is not what I would expect from a hotel where I stay for a vacation. This made us feel unwelcome.
