    Writing this so that I will never ever stay here again. This is a sewer smelly hotel that (as of MARCH 2026) needs completely renovated. Whoever would rate this a 4-star hotel needs to get out more. This place needs to have the "HILTON" branding revoked because it's gonna damage their reputation. I would encourage calling the Hilton support line if you are another unhappy customer at this hotel. Apparently Hilton will continue to let their brand get smeared until certain number of complaints are documented. Of course when a customer complains be prepared for a quick denial reply from the hotel never accepting any accountability. I hope Hilton starts taking their branding serious with random inspections to main their higher end quality that they have always represented. This hotel claiming to be a 4 star hotel is definitely not in my book. After reading all the glowing online reviews and the "4 Star Hilton title" Upon arrival, it will be obvious to anyone automatically how badly this hotel needs renovations - and horribly smelled like a sewer. These reviews could even be "FAKE" and I will request FTC for an investigation to investigate. NEVER AGAIN- NEVER HERE!!!

    Needs some updating. Couldn't use the TV to watch Netflix etc. from my room. However the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would stay there again.

    Asked for a room on the 2nd floor and quiet. Elevator was not working and we had to take a room on the 1st floor by the door that slammed all night.

    This was a great hotel experience 👌 🎊Its such a quaint hotel and was exceptionally clean with staff that was so nice and pleasant 😊 Our room was clean beyond my expectations and breakfast was simple but nice. The location is perfect as its central to alot of things, shopping, dining etc..I will definitely book here again!
