    Was this place clean? Yes! Does it have a good bed? Yes! Does it live up to the Hilton name? No! As a former builder there were a lot of unfinished items on the renovation punch list. If It appears the renovations happened some time ago and things just weren't finished. Tile work, carpeting painting and lighting. We stay in room 512. Clearly missing a lamp/light near the windows for night time. The only light switch to work the entrance light was at the door. Which means you have to go and turn a desk lamp on and then go back to the door to turn the entrance light off. The paint was pitted and some drywall was not patched correctly. The tile work was not bull nosed or finished. The parking was absolutely horrible! About 12-15 spaces in the front and about 6 on the side. Then there was aboout 20-25 spaces down on a dimmly lite alley way. As I said just not Hilton Quality. On the positives, the bed & pillows were great! The TV was great as well.

    This review presents a complex experience, blending moments of enjoyment with notable shortcomings. While the stay was ultimately memorable due to our efforts to make it so, the hotel itself exhibited several flaws that detracted from the overall experience. Upon check-in at around 5:00 PM, we encountered a delay of approximately 15 minutes, during which the staff member informed us he had been in the bathroom. While I understand that personal needs arise, it felt unprofessional for a hotel where check-in is a primary responsibility. Having additional staff available during peak times could significantly improve the guest experience. Upon entering our room, we noticed a slight( but noticeable ) unpleasant odor. We had booked a suite with a balcony, but it turned out to be a standard two-bedroom layout with the balcony situated directly above the pavilion roof. The promised views, which were advertised as offering glimpses of the ocean, were largely obstructed by trees. Despite these issues, we remained optimistic, ready to unwind and enjoy the lead-up to Super Bowl 60. However, we found the overall amenities to be mediocre at best. The TV malfunctioned midway through our stay, and the so-called "room service" required us to call the downstairs restaurant and retrieve our food ourselves. While I typically refrain from voicing complaints, the discrepancies between the hotel’s promises and our actual experience warrant attention.

    This was a great hotel in a fantastic location. Steps to the beach and shops/restaurants, super comfy rooms, and the onsite restaurant is great. Sarah and Angela both went above and beyond to make it an enjoyable stay!

    Me and my wife came down for 3 day anniversary Trip. Booked back in December thinking the weather would be milder, unfortunately a winter storm hit lol. Check In and Location were excellent. Located about a block from the beach. The Bold restaurant on the premises was great. Jill checked us in and her restaurant recommendations were most appreciated. Definitely would book again there

    Lovely hotel. Angela was an angel getting us checked in & taking care of any questions we had. She was amazing! Very professional & courteous. We booked the fireplace & balcony room. It was lovely. Absolutely LOVED the Lavazza espresso machine in our room! And even the lovely Lavazza espresso & Lungo cups! Very very special. Only disappointment was we thought the fireplace was gas, or something that looked like a real fire. It was basically a unit blowing heat with artificial lighting. (Whereas the one in the lobby, even though artificial, had the appearance of logs & flickering flames.) Chances are we just weren’t aware of how to push the right buttons lol! But our stay couldn’t have been better & we would recommend this location to anyone!
