Chrissy was the associate who checked me in and I immediately noticed several improvements. The most important thing was how friendly and helpful chrissy was. After getting settled into my room, she sent a text asking if there was anything that I needed. We also noticed how clean the dining room area was and tasty the breakfast food was. I would definitely give them a five star.
