  Reservations were made for 3 people, room with 2 queen beds and additional accommodation for the 3rd person. Upgrade to a suit was not possible and was informed the hotel was all booked due to a convention. We were given a room on the third floor with just one king bed and a small sofa. Tiffany, the receptionist was informed and proceeded to provide a room on the first floor with 2 queen beds and small sofa bed. The sofa bed was FILTHY, the mattress stained, no sheets provided. I've stayed at this hotel several times but this is the last. Totally unacceptable.

  Will never return here Terrible nights sleep- Train in your back yard heard 8 during the night - very loud traffic noise Dirty bathroom with mold, leaky tub, toothpaste on mirror Room Smells like a dirty dog- had to get Lysol from the front desk to spray the rug, hard surfaces were definitely not sanitized Room could use a nightstand on each side no outlet on one side of bed Deadbolt didn't lock Sand in pull out sofa- no blanket despite us booking for 6 Bedding still had hair particles on the comforter & sheets Elevator stops at the top & makes a loud noise like it's going to fall. The floor on 3rd floor hall feels like it's giving out- squishy/creaky Paper thin walls- could hear the conversations of people in rooms under & next to us and kids whining Breakfast room was so dirty - walls had food smeared on them, food on floor & tables, orange juice was rancid, apple juice was non existent, had to use a nasty handled half & half container so tried to use the hand sanitizer & of course it was out... and they had the gall to have a tip jar? The only pro's were the night staff friendliness & the cinnamon roll for breakfast.

  The room was comfortable and staff was excellent! My daughter left her tablet in the suite and by the time I realized and called, a staff member had found it and turned it into the front desk. They agreed to ship it to my home address so we could continue our travels. The gluten free bagels and muffins available on the breakfast buffet were incredibly appreciated!

  Let me be honest. I have never actually stayed here but I work nearby. And they must be great because this place is always full!!! I see their guest looking cheerful and leaving with smiles on their faces!! Since actions speak louder than words I give these guys 5 starts
