  After a long day on I-95, we decided to stay here. The front desk staff were not friendly, nor accommodating. The room was set to 68°, and when we asked that it be overrode to make it cooler for sleeping (which we know is possible), they refused to help. We then asked for a fan, but was told there were none. The sink faucet is piped backwards and the deadbolt was a challenge to lock. Breakfast was OK, but not up to Hampton standards. We would have spoken to the front desk, but the person was either unavailable or seemed disinterested. If you are able to sleep in hot accommodations, this hotel will work (the beds were comfortable). Otherwise, move on down the road, and perhaps you'll find friendly and comfortable accommodations. This place was not worth $168.00

  The fitness center is awesome. They even have dumbbells that go up to 70lbs which is rare for a hotel gym. It’s fantastic? The room was spacious and clean. Exactly what I’m used to for a Hampton inn.

  11.29.25 We are stuck in traffic off and on all day today. I booked our room online which was easy-to-use. The young woman at checking was professional and courteous. She is an asset to your company. The lobby is clean and well-lit. Only one elevator is working, but it is efficient. Now for the unfavorable part of my review. We were assigned room 209. Our room reeks of urine, not a light scent, it is overwhelming. The sink and vanity top have dark hair all over them. The toilet and tub appear clean. The beds are clean and comfortable, linens are clean. There is no sense complaining about the room to the front desk as the hotel is sold out. I would recommend a thorough carpet cleaning before using this room again.

  Terribly noisey from 11:15 pm - 4am. We got 2hrs of sleep and stayed there for the reason of resting before another long day of traveling. Asked for Manager and never spoke to Manager. Did no return call either.
