    New renovations, usually I walk in and as I’m telling them my last name on reservation, they look it up while I get my ID out- a smooth process-this one just wants your ID and minimal communication- I didn’t particularly care for that but I’ve never stayed at this location before. Rooms are nice, it’s a convenient location.

    Lies & Vibrations👎🏻 I could not give a -5 but that would be the score of this experience. After a long drive we needed a place to rest and stopped at the first visible location: the Best Western Plus. I normally stay at 4 to 5 star hotels; however this hotel and motels were the only option. I would also like to add that the Best Western brand and previous history during national disasters were amazing and I appreciate this brand; however this was not the experience here. I was told that pets were not allowed. I signed a waiver during checkin that I would not bring a pet in. Hmmm the reason we chose this place over the others… is because of previous experiences and the fact that the ad we found stated pets were allowed. ( see pictures)5 feet after checkin passing the first room… a dog barked at us. ( note: it was cold and I had to accommodate my pet in the car because of this lie. Secondly, the staff did not accept their on ad. (See picture) We did not get the 15% off the rate and I did not get the membership discount. We also felt vibrations coming from the room beside us. ( like really?) I would NOT recommend this location because of practices and would recommend switching drivers before stopping here.

    Bed was comfy. Room was relatively clean. Bathroom was questionable. The maintenance was lacking as there was caulk missing and peeling from the shower and mold on the walls. You can tell where they tried to cover it before. Shower was not clean either. Breakfast was average. Fitness center was lacking. No way to wipe equipment down and 3/5 things didn’t work. You can tell someone cooks in a room regularly because it’s smells of food all through the second floor. They use such strong air fresheners to try and cover the smell of the food and the mold. My allergies went into overdrive while staying here.

    $109/night good location. One night stay enroute to Florida . Clean, updated rooms. Well equipped with fridge, coffee, toiletries, comfortable but small beds (double not queen). Breakfast: fair. All of the basics there. Coffee was mediocre (room coffee was better). Smells a bit musty but it is an updated/renovated hotel. For the price and location, it was good overall. I'm giving this a 4 star because the rooms were very clean, no musty smells in rooms and free of bugs! Breakfast was free and ok.
