Complete radio silence. And this has been going on for months now so it's not like the temporary hold that was indicated. Not only was I double billed, they charged me even more. There was some random $0.02 charge applied to my credit card by this hotel. Why? Who knows. They can't even explain it.
- SLSean LApr 4, 20261.0On Priceline this hotel is listed as pet friendly, after a long day of work we showed up with our 14lb pompsky and they said we couldn't stay there after we booked the room on Priceline "my GF said there was literally someone with 2 German shepherds here last night" . And we had to get a refund through Priceline, so we had to sit on the phone trying to get a refund from Priceline while all we wanted to do was shower and eat. This is false advertisement and illegal this chain disappoints more and more everytime we stay with them and its dozens of times a year in multiple states. Our company will no longer be using this chain and or for personal use.

They charged me when I first checked in and then double-charged me for moving my room. They charged me for the first room twice and charged me for the next room. They claimed they reversed the charges, but that never showed up on my credit card, so I got to pay twice for the same room. Never again will I stay at a Holiday Inn property.
