Ms. Catherine, Mr. King, Quinn and Janae at the desk and housekeepers Ashley, Ashton, Roxy and others are all really nice and efficient. Breakfast servers are amazing! The breakfast area is well decorated and a really nice atmosphere. Pool is lovely and clean.

You’ll even see the cleaners constantly working in the lobby, and the staff overall provide excellent service. The room was spacious, spotless, with a clean bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The only downside was the pillow, which wasn’t very comfortable. A nice plus is the laundry facility, which is very convenient for longer stays. Breakfast was alright, nothing special but good enough to start the day. Every time I stay in a Holiday Inn hotel, I never get disappointed. The hotels always look nice, the rooms are very clean, and the staff service is excellent and this Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Greenwood was no exception. Overall, a very clean and well-maintained hotel with great service in a convenient location. Would definitely recommend.
