    Staff is amazingly accommodating! Clean and comfortable room. Walk to next door Red Lobster. Breakfast was tasty and convenient too.

    Bugs and lies. Staff burned me for hundreds of dollars. Upon checking in, I found fecal spotting consistent with bed bugs on my mattress. The front desk offered a full refund if I wanted to check out, so I did. After I booked a different hotel, they said they are now going to charge me for a night rather than the full refund they initially went out of their way to offer as an option. Despite my most expensive night being less than $140, they somehow charged me over $220 for that one night. I stayed with Hilton around 150 nights last year; issues like bugs happen and that's okay, but it's how you respond to an issue that matters. Out of 4 major issues I had throughout the year only 1 was dealt with appropriately. I'm done with Hilton. Corporate doesn't take accountability for the individual hotels so everything is extremely inconsistent from cleanliness, to billing policies, to issue resolution, etc... You don't run into these problems with Marriott or Hyatt. Edit: In response to the hotel's reply, yes I book all hotels through my Chase UR portal. Chase handles the bookings and working with the hotel for refunds. Despite being told at the front desk that I could check out with a full refund, Chase called me back 30 minutes later to say the hotel was now denying the refund. I made 10+ phone calls between Chase, the hotel, and Hilton being lead in a circle until eventually giving up.

    No honors recognition, filthy room, torn carpet with sharp staples present, barking dogs, and inconsiderate staff. Great location, though.

    Rooms clearly hadn’t been cleaned/dusted in awhile. Bathroom had dust on top of toilet and vanity. Dead bugs behind toilet and in various places in the room like beside a/c, under the edges of the bed and behind door. The microwave hadn’t been wiped out and the refrigerator was sticky. The tv was covered in dust, sheets weren’t fresh either. The whole breakfast setup was like it was cooked in either a microwave or in a bag in hot water. The place was definitely not meeting expectations of the $200+ expense. Place wasn’t clean enough for me to want to shower in.
