    Rooms clearly hadn’t been cleaned/dusted in awhile. Bathroom had dust on top of toilet and vanity. Dead bugs behind toilet and in various places in the room like beside a/c, under the edges of the bed and behind door. The microwave hadn’t been wiped out and the refrigerator was sticky. The tv was covered in dust, sheets weren’t fresh either. The whole breakfast setup was like it was cooked in either a microwave or in a bag in hot water. The place was definitely not meeting expectations of the $200+ expense. Place wasn’t clean enough for me to want to shower in.

    Stayed here just recently with my boyfriend Jacob. We enjoyed the stay. Was cute. Breakfast was okay not the best of the best. Our Honda Civic got broken into but we believe it was an inside job. Ya see Jacob is a manager at Build A Bear and we believe someone at the hotel wanted to steal our bear. Oh well manager told us nothing could be done. The beds are soft and not to noisy. Lol We asked if we could have room service at 3AM and a rather cute bald man definitely fulfilled all our wants. Will definitely stay again !!

    Service was pretty blah, room and hotel in general could use some regular maintenance. Missing tiles, rotting wood, and rusty doors. Hair in the bed almost like sheets weren't changed. Very over priced for what we got. I like Hilton brands, but this one was way below par.

    It was not a good experience at the hotel; the rooms were dirty and with poor cleaning service. Once I got back to my room I found a cockroach in the wall. Something to highlight is that is the first bad experience with Hilton.
