No microwave and no closet for clothes just a section outside the bathroom with a hook and hangers. Does have mini fridge. Close to everything five min from a multitude of restaurants.
- BBBeckySep 16, 20251.0First time staying & wouldn't recommend. First we didn't receive any room service for a 4 night stay, when it stated service would be provided every over day. Second, shower leaked all over the floor every time it was used so bathroom floor was soaked. Third, breakfast was offered but pancake & drink machine was out of order to top that there was hair in the warm food. Last, hotel lost all power randomly & during the outage someone was screaming on our floor, when power came back, phones weren't working so we couldn't call the front desk to see what happened or to inform them someone was screaming. Extremely safety issue. When notified the property manager & asked for a partial refund, we were denied. Awful customer service. Stay at a different hotel if possible. I don't see where to add pictures but have some to prove not to stay here. Update after manager comment: Have been calling to speak with Rod & he has yet to call me back.
