    I stayed here twice, and should have known better the second time. The first stay I had trouble with billing and receipts that took 5 people and close to an hour to get sorted out, and had minor cleanliness issues (dirty dishes, dusty corners). The second stay I checked in on Sunday, and it was Thursday before anyone came to clean the room. Those things were forgivable, but I had a live waterbug (large roach) crawling around in my bed the last night of my stay. When I talked to the front desk, they indicated that this was not an isolated occurrence, and offered no assistance. Update - the regional manager reached out to me and assured me that they were going through the hotel room by room to ensure this does not happen again. He also said that the front desk staff would receive training to better handle complaints. Bumping up the start rating a bit to reflect this effort.

    The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the location excellent! Shout out to Michelle the night manager that went up and beyond. She help us when there was an emergency with children in our care! Thanks!
