    Nice property with great breakfast and friendly staff, but workout facility is tiny. Has on one treadmill, stationary bike and elliptical. Also, has graduated dumbbells from 5 to 50 but no bench, lat bar or place for more than one person to stand lol.

    My family of 5 traveled 200 miles to get to this hotel. Our initial room was filthy. We moved to another room and it was far worse. BLOOD SPOTS on our kids pull out bed along with popcorn kernels, strings of hair and yellow spots. These rooms aren't being cleaned at all. Even the furniture and wall art are all crooked and out of place. Very disappointing. My kids and I walked to Marriott (next door) while exhausted to get a room. Management said they would call us to accommodate and never did. Smh

    Nice facility but it is undergoing some sort of remodeling. Cargo containers are blocking a third of the lot making parking during high occupancy an ordeal. Feb. 2026

    Imagine if the Riddler became an architect. This hotel is designed like a big question-mark. You start at the lobby, turn right down a hallway, then have to make 3 left turns to get to room 129. I think that the staff give out the furthest rooms first, keeping the closer rooms for themselves. I know that several employees live out of the hotel.
