  Just checked in but I have to say Scott already makes this a 2nd home, greeted us with a huge smile and some delightful and informative conversation. Great man to have up front.

  Excellent location!!! We stayed in room 412 and honestly the housekeepers can do so much better cleaning the room especially the bathroom. I was extremely tried upon arrival but contacted the front desk by text because there was some unknown substance on the shower walls. I received a response after asking for housekeepers to come clean that they had left for the day and they would switch the room. I packed up all my belongings Scott (someone rom the front) came to help move me to the 3rd floor and my goodness that room was disgusting it smelled like cigarettes and dog the desk/counters weren’t even wiped so we then we back to my original room. He said it was your from maintenance which I was ok with as long as it wasn’t some gross bodily fluids. The next morning I requested my truck and immediately got a text for payment from Valet. Scott was at the front and I specifically ask if valet was being charged to the room he said yes but you have to pay them separately because they are a different entity. Well when I checked out on Monday we had $72 dollars in valet from the hotel on top of paying the valet daily. What a freaking mess!!!!! The manager on duty at check out refunded the hotel fees for valet that we paid and requested the company you refund a portion. I mean I gave these people a tip!!!!! Did they do this intentionally I doubt it but overcharging double charging is ridiculous. The valet supervisor is Jason and I have yet to hear from him and will be contacting my bank. Overall our stay was decent due to the location we will stay again but there’s some communication gap!

  Our family had an unforgettable Christmas stay at Home2 Suites in Greenville, and a huge part of that was thanks to the kindness and hospitality of Scott H. and Elena. We had a large group—13 people traveling in from Georgia, Maryland, and Florida—and they made every single one of us feel genuinely welcomed. The hotel itself was perfect: clean, comfortable, and within easy walking distance of downtown Greenville, which everyone loved. But what truly set this stay apart was the way Scott and Elena went above and beyond for our family. They graciously allowed us to use the conference room for our Christmas gathering, where we opened presents, shared stories, and spent time together just like we would at home. Having that space meant the world to us, and it turned our trip into something truly special. Their warmth, flexibility, and genuine care made our Christmas feel complete. We’re incredibly grateful for the hospitality and the memories created. Home2 Suites has earned our loyalty, and we can’t thank Scott and Elena enough for making our holiday so meaningful. Anytime we have guests visit Greenville, we will make sure they stay at Home2 Suites Main St.

  We had a lovely 2 night stay at Home2Suites Greenville. The property is clean, conveniently located and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We had the good fortune of interacting with Scott at the first front desk when we checked in. He is an amazingly personable young man and perfect for the job. I hope his talented personality is appreciated.
