- MRMisty RosenJan 6, 20263.0My only gripe is the parking and failure to do what they said- since this is a valet only location, you would expect for them to have a clean process. I pulled up and told the valet guy the room number to charge valet to, to which he already was prepared for my arrival (due to my partner already there before me). However, upon leaving, I went to the link to retrieve my car, as I was told, and had to pay for 2 night or 2 cars for one night - I'm still not sure!!!! I just paid, figured they messed up and did not charge the room, but actually, they did charge the room! Small side note - that I paid for a requested my car at least 20 mins prior to going to check out, and my car was STILL not ready. So we questioned why I had to pay and pay so much at that, to learn that I should NOT have had to pay. Haleigh, the manager, came and was very apologetic, and told me that a gentleman would contact me 1st thing Monday morning (this was a Sunday) to handle my refund. Well Monday came and went, nothing. So I emailed. After 2+ hours with no reply, my partner called and was told that Haleigh was out until Thursday, so we had to call back then. UM, NO ... Haleigh did not tell us that, she specifically said she would ensure it was handled the very next morning, 1st thing. So if she knew she would not be there, or if something came up, she is to delegate to someone above her to resolve as promised. Don't tell me I have to wait 4 more days for resolution due to your error and circumstances.

- ASAngela SingleyJan 2, 20265.0We stayed for two nights and it was perfect!! It was a great location, we didn’t have to drive anywhere. We were right in downtown (but the block it was on was less traffic and quiet). Super walkable city, many restaurants, fun bars, and stores nearby. They only do paid- valet parking (because downtown location, made sense). They made it super easy with a text link to request the car and pay tip with Apple/google pay, or credit card. The car would come quickly after the request. The employees were so nice and welcoming, including the front desk associate, Elana. The room was super clean and pretty renovated, was not run down at all. We even got a little bit of a city view, which was pretty (especially during sunset)! The amenities were great! Delicious complementary breakfast in the morning, with variety and options! The gym was very nice and clean. Even though it was a smaller room, the layout was efficient and didn’t feel stuffy at all! Nice and updated equipment! They had a dumbbell rack and a cable machine with many attachments for different exercises, and a Peloton bike! Overall great stay, highly recommend!! Definitely exceeded expectations for an affordable and cost efficient stay!
