    This place is absolutely unacceptable. Management is terrible, the room and bathroom were filthy, and the property manager was extremely rude with zero customer service skills. There is no professionalism here at all. This property seriously needs major cleaning, proper management, and thorough staff training before it should be allowed to host guests.

    This property demonstrates a complete failure in guest services. Guests are neither acknowledged nor treated with basic respect. Staff hide behind rigid policies instead of providing even minimal customer care or human understanding. During a medical emergency, I requested a refund for my stay. Rather than receiving empathy or assistance, I was met with an extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional response from the team lead. The way this situation was handled was unacceptable and showed a total lack of compassion, judgment, and leadership. Refusing to accommodate a medical emergency and responding with hostility reflects poorly on the property’s management and training standards. This experience was not only disappointing—it was outrageous and should not be tolerated in any hospitality environment. they are not even trained to treat or acknowledge membership tire of guest.
