The lack of humanity offered by this organization is appalling. We checked in at 5:30 am after traveling due to a family emergency. The lady that checked us in said we had until noon to sleep. She also said we could stay in the room another night , to let them know by 2:30. We were woken up by housekeeping at 10:30 am, then a phone call from the front desk telling us we were late checking out. The manager was super rude and had no explanation as to why they were not informed of our stay. Took zero accountability for the lack of communication among her staff. Hands down the most AWFUL experience in a hotel. The Worst!

I had the absolute worst customer experience with this hotel. I booked this hotel by mistake for a business trip since my entire team was staying at the other Home 2 Suites location which is in downtown Greenville. I arrived about 6 hours early before my check in time at the other hotel. I called this hotel and asked to cancel my reservation, which they did, but charged me one night's stay and additional cancellation fees for a late cancellation. I explained this was my first time in Greenville and did not realize this was the wrong hotel and that I was a Hilton Honors member with no history of late cancellations, wondering if they could maybe give me a break. The hotel manager was so rude to me. She said I had an entire month to review my reservation and that I should have been smart enough to know the difference. She interrupted me constantly and barely let me tell my side of the story or try to explain my situation. I have submitted this feedback to our corporate office and am lobbying for our travel agency to omit this hotel from their list of vendors. I have never been treated with such disrespect in my career. Don't waste your time booking here. The general manager was the rudest hotel manager I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I filed an open case with Hilton customer service as well. Don't waste your time at this hotel. You're just another paycheck to them. Absolutely no aspect of customer care or appreciation.

Horrible customer service. Our flight was delayed and we missed our connection to Greenville, we had to cancel our hotel stay and they wouldn't refund us in any way. 24 hour policy I understand, but what about compassion and understanding that our family went through a lot that day. It wasn't our fault the plane was delayed and we missed our connection, we missed out on our trip too. Some sense of kindness and understanding would be nice. Wouldn't recommend based solely on poor customer service.

We had an amazing experience with our one night stay. I chose this hotel because we need extra space when traveling with our teens. Walking in, we were greeted by Denise (I think that was her name). She was friendly and helpful with check in. Our room was immaculate. The card in the room said that it was cleaned by Kandyce. I’m hard to impress with hotel cleanliness but I felt comfortable with how clean everything was. This morning at breakfast, Nikita was the friendliest server I have encountered! She was genuine and made sure everyone had what they needed. The lobby was very clean and comfortable. At checkout, I spoke with Irena. She was gracious and kind. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. The location was great but even better was the outstanding customer service. Thank you for making our brief stay amazing!
