- DTDoris ThorntonJan 5, 20265.0Rooms were very nice, very clean...my only complaint was the noise coming from another room at 3:00 a.m. Via a tour bus...however, I can understand they were all happy and tired. I will stay there again. The breakfast was great. I rarely have breakfast...they were so incredibly nice and wanted me to eat as I went downstairs just for coffee. The nice ladies asked how I liked my eggs...I didn't even ask...what a sweetheart to be so kind! The people at the front desk? Very kind . Most helpful as I was looking for water. Overall, you couldn't ask for a better place to stay! I have stayed in 5 star hotels. Your entire staff was a complete A list !!! Excellent group of people! Oh, and house keeping knocked so gingerly on my door as if they didn't want to disturb me. A young man and young lady with a clipboard just wanted to know if I wanted my room clean and or if I needed anything, fresh towels, soap or anything. They were so sweet. So kiddos to you guys for making my stay there with you guys feel like home away from home during Christmas. Thank you!

The air conditioning and heating unit was extremely loud, to the point where I had to turn it off before going to sleep. Additionally, the toilet in the bathroom fell below the standard I would expect for a hotel in this price range. The location of the hotel was also disappointing; I won’t go into detail, but you’ll notice the inconvenience as soon as you arrive. Service needs improvement as well. When I requested an extra towel, the staff member’s attitude and the way she looked at me were unwelcoming and made the interaction uncomfortable. Overall, while the room itself was acceptable, the noise, location, and service issues made the stay far from ideal.

Not only were they very polite and helpful, but they were real. It wasn't just the formal stuffy politeness (which I still appreciate). They were simply genuine and in good humor. It seemed like they were very happy to work there.
