Yesterday was my birthday and we checked in on Monday Dec 1st checked out today December 3 during our stay we greeted with an extremely friendly staff. Nathaniel, Rodney Brown and a sweet girl Caitlyn. Not only were they so friendly but they gave us recommendations on coffee places and restaurants as well. I needed a few more pillows and they came to our room so quickly. I loved my stay and the staff made it so memorable. I will be back FOR SURE! Thank you everyone!! ❤️🥰

There was an issue with the door lock in the first room we got so we were moved to a better room type. I was told we would have to change back to the room type I paid for, but then the manager told us to keep us from having to keep moving, we could stay where we were. That was a prayer answered. We requested linen for the sofa bed and it was brought up within 15 minutes. Everything about this hotel was amazing. The location is perfect, and, to top it off, unlike a lot of Downtown Greenville hotels, the parking is free. Special thank you to the lady at front desk. I think her name is Julie or Juliette. If I got the name wrong, I sincerely apologize. Also special thank you to the manager, Nathaniel. You both were amazing. Hope to see you both again soon.

My coworker and I were out of town visitors in Greenville, SC, and she was incredibly nice and gave us wonderful recommendations for places to visit. She is a true asset to this hotel and made our trip much better!

From the time we were greeted by Mariah, to every single employee in between (yes EVERY) it was such a good experience at this location in downtown. The employees here seem to love what they do, and hopefully that is because their management takes care of them how they should. I would love to visit again.
