But what is crazy is that it is free in the rooms but you just can’t get it downstairs in the lobby unless you pay for it. The main bar is nice and offers good food but wish it had a few more “bar” items.

We requested another room. The 2nd room had the smell of FISH. They tried to send the maintenance Technician up with a can of rose spray. I informed him that he was going to come down with me to let the front desk know about the fish smell. He did. I asked the front desk to get us another room. I informed them we had only 15min to get ready for the wedding and I would like another room when we got back from our event. A few hours when we returned to get our new room key from the front desk. The lady was very rude.And replied the room number was on the card. I then spoke to the management about that situation. I was told it would be handled. So last night we had an issue with a gas leak at our home. In Greenville S.C. so I decided to check into the Hilton in Greenville. I got up to go to work and went down to get a cup of coffee. And was informed they now charging for a cup of coffee @ 4.00 a cup. On top of the 25.00 for the breakfast buffet. That's totally wrong to charge the guest 4.00 for a cup of coffee. I'll go to another hotel that doesn't charge the guest for coffee and breakfast. 100.00 a night and u would think the coffee and breakfast would be free.. I hope someone finds this interesting. And stays somewhere else that's guest friendly with there coffee and breakfast.
