The rooms are tight and have double beds instead of queens, you pay for parking even though parking space is abundant, and you pay for a breakfast that is on par with the free breakfast of lower Hilton brands. Probably time to rebrand this hotel as a Hilton Garden Inn. I highly recommend for you to get more bang for your buck at the Hyatt next door (we booked an additional room at the Hyatt just to give us more space). Take a good look in the mirror Hilton Greenville, and just embrace what you really are. On the plus side, the staff is super nice.

They are so sweet to make you feel welcomed. The room is so clean. The food they have impressed me. The fruit tea by the elevator is something you definitely can't miss. It is fantastic with all the freshness. And the breakfast, excellent! The bacon is so crunchy. The yellow cheese grits, the pumpkin bread......you can taste the food is good quality. oh I wish I can have them every day😋

Its staff from upper management to the front desk, lacks any type of professionalism. I had to make changes to my entire day to accommodate relocating and canceling my plans if you are in Greenville opt for a better location and do not book this location.
