This is a conference center. You cannot just redirect people to a charging station 4 miles away. Almost all hotels have charging stations, so I was certainly expecting the same for this Hilton. Everything else about this hotel is 5 stars!

Went out his way to make sure everyone was happy and taken care of, Nate should be The Gold Standard that is used here to hire employees. 10 out of 10 service!!! The front desk staff was kind and accommodating, they met all our needs as well. The room was neat, clean and nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.

The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, and everything felt fresh and well cared for. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout the entire stay. Check-in was smooth, and any questions we had were handled quickly. The location is also excellent — close to downtown Greenville, restaurants, shopping, and major roads. If you’re visiting the Greenville area and want a dependable, comfortable hotel with great service, I would absolutely recommend Hilton Greenville and would stay here again.
