    Unfortunately I would not stay here again. The comforter on the bed had black stains. The toilet and the sink are so close making it hard to shave. I was in room 411 and the traffic from the main highway was ruthless and could hear it all night long. The water in the shower started off streaming very well, and then just sputtered. $14.95 for breakfast? $5 for parking?

    The staff is amazing! The front desk, restaurant/bar, cleaning people were all very nice and friendly. Unfortunately I will not stay here again. My room was not clean. I stayed here for work with about 15 other coworkers and we all had the same complaints. I found hair in the shower and on the side tables. The side tables and dresser had left over circles from drink cups, dust all over the lamps, head board, my socks were very dirty after walking on the floor, couch and chair were stained and looked dirty. The sink area and tiled shower walls didn't look like they had been cleaned at all, I easily wiped off gunk when I cleaned myself. 2 of the shower walls are glass and when the shower streamed up you could see where it had been barely wiped, only streaks in the middle of the glass. Generally it just looked like the cleaning people did a quick touch and rushed out. This hotel has potential to be amazing if they paid their cleaning people to slow down and take their time in each room.

    This hotel had the BEST breakfast and nicest staff! Minister Chef’s grits were delicious, I ate 2 bowls every day I was there. The lady on night shift was super helpful. Would absolutely stay again! I stayed 10/23-10/26/2025

    This hotel has practice of overselling by at minimum of 2 rooms per night. I booked my reservation 2 weeks prior but when I arrived I was told they oversold by 5 rooms and since my reservation was only 1 night (and only have gold status) I was 1 of 5 Guests forced to move to another non-Hilton property. All of Greenville was sold out. They booked me at Comfort Inn in unsafe location. I was told the manager would call me the next day. I was promised points for my inconvenience — neither happened. If you book here and are not Diamond know that Hilton may not honor your reservation.
