    We had a good night sleep, bed is soft and pillows are good. Wifi is good, shower has a great pressure (5th floor) and was really good. AC ist loud and not really efficient in cooling the room under 68° F. Staff is friendly but reserved. Parking lot was very full.

    Pésima experiencia. Nos quedamos en el hotel de lunes a viernes en 3 habitaciones diferentes. El Servicio de housekeeping debía realizarse en cada habitación al Menos cada día de por medio; sin embargo nunca Lo hicieron en ninguna de las habitaciones. Cuando pedimos ayuda a la recepcionista, nos respondió que ese no era su trabajo y que ella no podía hacer nada al Respecto

    Stayed here for one night and it was subpar to say the least. The location can’t be beat but that’s about it. The room was ok but some of the furniture has seen better days. The main reason for the score was the service from the hotel staff. We requested a late checkout and they said that would be fine. We were happy with that. Next morning around 11:30am, housekeeping knocked on our door and we told them we were still in the room. That didn’t matter and they came in even though we told them that the room was still occupied. At 12:15pm, housekeeping knocked on the door again and once again we told them that we were still in the room. And lo and behold, the housekeeper once again took the liberty to enter the room. This time I was getting dressed to leave. So then we get a call from the front desk asking if we were planning on leaving since checkout was at 12pm. I informed the front desk employee we requested and were granted a late checkout. She said that it had not been noted on the log book. Ok, I understand that and mistakes happen. But what bothered my wife and I the most was the nonchalant attitude regarding the housekeeper entering our room twice even after being told the room was occupied. There are other hotels in the area that will get my business after this debacle.
