Location is great. Two staff members that helped us were great. We travel with a cat and pay extra for her. Cats like to hide when they are scared. She found a hole in the box spring with its flimsy cover. She was stuck. Hubby and I took off mattress and box spring and finally got her out. Two staff members brought us a different box spring with no holes. Will stay here again.

Front desk staff efficient however the kitchen staff is dirty. Dirty dishes at buffet, rude approach in checking room number to confirm food payment. Will definitely spread the word not to eat at this hotel.

Stopped in for one night after traveling in for a Sunday church service. My room was clean, Leigh at the front desk was kind, and the environment in the hotel was calm. 😌 I’d stay here again. 🏨

This was a nice location. The physical location of the hotel is good for accessing multiple stores, restaurants, and other things to do in the area. Rooms are standard, nothing crazy exceptional but not subpar either. Breakfast bar...well that falls far short. All week is the exact same items and all instant or poorly cooked. Bacon is insanely greasy, eggs obvious bulk "add water" specials and this is not included in all rooms. At a cost of almost 18 dollars each meal, (after tax) its 100% not worth buying. We never tried any made to order food, because to me if you cant get the basics... im not trust specialized. Gym was adequate as well as the other amenities provided. Note - You are charged daily for parking even if you do not drive (3 of us car pooled and all were charged $5 a day for a single car). I didnt not see this disclosed anywhere, nor were we told at check in, it was discovered after leaving and noticing it on the bill so.. 50/50 on this rating. All in all it was not a bad experience it was just middle of the road, but it was a business trip so....

Plenty of technical issues with my room and the stay, but a bright spot among my stay was with Leo at the front desk. He is certainly a great brand ambassador for the hotel in his courtesy and helpfulness. I'd have probably given this a 2-3 star review if it weren't for Leo. The issues, Thermostat is purely jacked up, whenever I arrived back into my room it said it was 75 degrees. This just doesn't seem right as it's been in the 30's outside all week and I only had the heat set to 70. This created difficulty in finding that comfortable spot. The guide on the TV is absolutely wrong. When attempting to watch a football game I was brought to an Adam Sandler movie. I gave up trying to use the regular cable and just used my fire stick. For the first 2 days I had recognized that only 1 of the elevators was working. I brought it up to Leo for confirmation and after he investigated he was able to initiate a fix by the time I returned from dinner, no all of the guests can travel between floors much faster. The lady working the bar is also absolutely wonderful. I will say that I was offered another room to alleviate some of these issues, but I had already unpacked and didn't want to go through the bother. Somebody really does need to figure out the TV Guide situation though. As a side note, I was disappointed to see that this hotel had gone to a pay for basic breakfast model, under the guise of saving the customer money on the nightly stay rate. I call BS. Firstly, a majority of the guests staying here are on business and are not price conscious. What they are conscious about is their daily per diem (some times). I used to stay exclusively with Marriot but when they moved to the $15 for a basic crappy breakfast I broke ties with them and moved to Hilton. It would seem this is an individual owner decision and not a brand decision as I haven't come across it before, but if Hilton continues on this trend then I will find another brand that likes to provide simple amenities to its customers.
