    Tia is the absolute worst housekeeping services I've encountered. I travel for work weekly. I've been in this hotel for 2 weeks. My room has only been cleaned twice. And I've if those times was because I caught the housekeepers in the hallway and had to ask them to clean my room. The room wasnt even clean when I checked in. I even told the front desk and the housekeeping manager I wanted my room cleaned every other day. Yet once again I've had to set all the dirt towels and the trash in the hallway to hopefully get them to notice that I need service. Oh and I'm completely out of the shampoo and body wash that's supposed to be provided. My coworker even had his jacket stolen by the housekeepers. I highly do not recommend.

    I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn and Tommie gave incredible customer service! I called for an early check-in she said she wasn't able to do it at that time but took my phone number and said that she would call me back if she was able to do anything for me. In about 20 minutes she called and said they could have a room ready. She was incredibly friendly and personable on the phone then once I arrived the friendliness continued. She was knowledgeable, helpful and just so dang Pleasant. Not just with me but I viewed her with other guests as well. I was in town for my grandfather's birthday. I saw her the next morning when I was checking out and she remembered me and asked me about the party. I just wanted to let you know that Tommie went above and beyond and made my experience phenomenal and wanted to give her the recognition that she deserves! The hotel was beautiful and clean as well. Very pleasant experience.

    The staff were all super friendly, which is a plus! I appreciate how convenient it is right off the interstate after a 6 hour drive.The room was clean and the bed was actually comfortable for once, which I appreciated as well! We were right by the elevators which is so much better than having to walk all the way to the end of the hall toting luggage, which is typically the case. However, it was a little n noisy through the night, but once I got to sleep good, it was okay. All in all our stay was great and we would definitely stay again if the need arises.
