  When i visit our Greenville office, this is the spot. Less than 10min away, close to the airport. That hotel is what yoi expect for this star rating. But whats makes this place are the folks that work here, very nice and helpful. Makes you feel welcome.

  The staff who took care of us during last week's ice storm were all amazing. They all managed to make us feel comfortable and safe and kept the breakfast going which we all needed since the rest of the city had closed down. I do not know the names of all of the staff, but I was welcomed in and checked out by lovely Eden who is always a wonderful host.

  If I could leave more stars, I would! Hotel was decently priced, clean and convenient to our event venue. Hotel was well lit, and close enough to restaurants and shops that I would have been comfortable walking with both my kids if the weather would have allowed. They have a breakfast in the mornings that was delicious and very well stocked! The weather took a turn for the worst and the staff was amazing at helping answer my questions after our event was cancelled last minute. Jenn (front desk) was AMAZING from check in to check out! Made sure I had everything I needed and always asked how she could help! Chantal - Thank you so much for your kindness and help in answering my questions about our stay! I honestly have never ran across a more helpful staff, 5 stars for you all! I look forward to staying with you in the future!

  One of the best places to stay they treat you like family and make sure you safe you ask me they getting 5 stars everyday and there breakfast is A1 like golden steak rose and Kacy works at the front desk they are amazing I promise they will take care of you 🤲🏽

  I stayed here two different night in two different rooms, the first time I had a reservation for a king room, and when I arrived to check in late at night I felt more like a nuisance than a welcome customer. Then I find out that they don't have any kings left, which was really upsetting. If I was rating the hotel based on this alone It would be 2 stars. I was exhausted from working all day long and just wanted to feel welcome and get into the room a booked. Checkout and breakfast was great, it was the typical hotel breakfast. The next day I wound up staying here again, once again booking before lunch on the app. When I arrived Jennifer was there to help me. Jennifer was amazing, she made me feel welcome, joked around and made me laugh. She was such a breath of fresh air compared to he night before and really bumped up the rating on this hotel. I really wish I could give it 5 stars, but I'd be lying. Some of the staff just needs some coaching to truly meet that.
