  Don’t recommend using this place . Shady check in process and I wouldn’t trust it. Reserved and pre paid via the IHG App. However that wasn’t enough to get the room. They send you to some 3rd party website to re-enter your CC, leave a photo of your license and other unnecessary steps. I have no issue showing my ID and swiping my card for incidentals at check in like every other hotel . No shot I’m sending this to some unknown website that IHG; the parent company , wasn’t aware of. Non-refundable so I lost my money but not my Identification

  As a Contractor I see progress and it truly looks like they are renovating. It's looking good initially on the outside and because they have Bibles inside the rooms I'm confident this establishment will prosper.

  They are remodeling from a previous hotel brand and that’s clear, but they’re definitely making good upgrades. The price per night reflects the remodel process. I was happy with my stay. The shower was remodeled and looked great. Other features in the bathroom were still old but again, they are in process. They need to replace the red cushion at the window soon as that was the biggest eye sore and definitely an “I don’t want to touch that thing” feature of the room. Overall, I’m glad I stayed here and would do it again. Check in was easy. Parking was easy. There’s restaurants and things to do all around.

  Chris at the front desk was very, very sweet and is definitely an asset to the property. The rest of the property itself shouldn't really be open to accept visitors yet. It's clear its being redone but take the time to redo it and THEN welcome people. The mattresses & pillows need to be replaced - I felt like I was sleeping on a terrible, waterproof crib mattress. The old built-ins in the rooms under the TV and by the window are eye sores, the luggage carts need new tires - both carts had flats, the carpet needs to be replaced throughout as it is worn so thin that you can see the backing, the walls need to be repainted, the number 3 button on the elevator only works some of the time, and the sign on the outside of the building still says Econolodge. If you're IHG, represent IHG better. Very disappointed in the overall quality of the property.

  My Husband Emanuel and I had some hardship and had some major issues with our last home where we started our family life in Georgia and needed a fresh start. We came to South Carolina looking for a fresh start and was interested in buying a home here in SC. We went to a few hotels and they were decent and some were so mean and evil..but it was nothing like this hotel! The rooms are very clean, the housekeepers are phenomenal, and my favorite was Bernice..she always made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms and space is perfect for our little family because we wanted our daughter to still feel like she has her own room considering her health conditions and my health conditions that keeps me from working like I desire at the moment...I battle with many conditions that the space and privacy was needed and no back in forth..i am able to work home online with no issues with anything or anyone. It is so well convenient for us. It is by many stores and shopping centers. We lost one of our son's and had so many things hitting us at one time..the warfare is strong at times and with my husband being able to find work..but overall this place and the people have become like family to us!.. the family we have never had. Thank you Greenville Pelham for all that you do!! We love you and we don't know any other place that has a heart like you. Such a blessing!
