This place is pretty much a dump. I understand it's going through renovations, but I think they need to make more progress before they let people stay here. You have to walk through an active construction zone separated by plastic tarps to get to the check in, which takes place in a converted room instead of an actual lobby. It feels really sketchy. The room I stayed in had very clearly not been renovated at all yet.
The mattress was lumpy and crinkly, the pillows were cheap bags of shredded foam, there was no outlet close to the bed, and no light source (lamp or light switch) reachable from the bed. There was an alarm clock on the side table, but since there is no outlet near the bed it could not be plugged in. I don't know why they even kept it in the room. I stayed on the first floor, and there were bright floodlights outside the window that the curtains could not block out. There was a room connected to mine, and the door was so thin I could hear every noise through it all night. Same with the door out to the hallway- I heard noises loud and clear all night and it kept making me think someone was trying to open the door to my room.
I would never stay here again, even after the renovations. The only good thing about it was the proximity to the airport and the pizza place across the parking lot.

The place is remodeling. No breakfast, no gym, but the house keeping staff is great. One Hispanic woman is extremely friendly and takes care of the guests very well.

My wife gave her side now it's my turn.
Looks can be deceiving here. And this is coming from a person who worked very close with the managers and front desk.
You will not want to stay here unless you want to regret it later. This place is full of roaches and nasty housekeepers. One day a housekeeper put something black and nasty on my washcloth that was hanging up, when we left that day we also felt that same washcloth there for her to clean. We didn't trust Bernice at all. One time we came in and our refrigerator was off and we thought something was going on.. All of our stuff was no longer cold and that pissed me off especially having to change our refrigerator because they kept advertising a large refrigerator which they do not have. They put it in our room and they knew it did not work, The maintenance guy will never take it out because he was too lazy to do so. Finally when I stress to them about it they were willing to order us another large one which was different from the other rooms.. Well we never got it, they lied about it twice and we never Heard anything else about it so we asked for the smaller refrigerator which does not hold much of anything when you are staying for a while.
The maintenance guy never does his job on time. Have a kitchen area but does not have a stove. The management team are deceitful people and some of them should not be working there.
My wife had a lot of trouble with the housekeepers there, loud and rude after a while. I can go on and on about something's but it's too much to fit.
A lot is about to change once they are done remodeling but it is not all a good thing. Thank God we don't have to deal with this type of place anymore, many times I had to bite my tongue as a man and I got tired of it and decided to just leave. The true blessing came after we left.

Apologies I did not take pictures. Stayed for one day. Entire hotel was under renovation and we made our reservation through Bokking.com. Biggest issue is actually with making reservations through a third party site that has no way to communicate with customers. Arrived late at night, realized property was not as advertised at all. Was also told that hotel attendant accidentally left his master key in the temporary lobby (which was inside one of the 1st floor rooms) and he had no spare, no way to call anyone and no information for who to call if he did have his phone available. Sat and waited for hours until he could get in touch with a maintenance guy to save us (including him). Upside, guy handled the OOPS like a champ. Cool guy who really made us feel like we were all in the scenario together. Kept his cool though I would have probably been furious if I were him. He eventually googled the maintenance guy's name which revealed a cell number and after one last 20 minute wait or so everyone went about their lives. I commend the eventual attempt by employees to make the situation right though the reno underway left very little recourse for remedy. I'm sure one day this place will be nicer (becoming an IHG hotel from an econo lodge is probably not an easy transition). But as for now, I will continue to drive through Greenville next time as a loyal IHG customer. Thanks IHG.

The hotel is fully remodeled and my room was huge and amazing with plenty of space. It was very clean with no bugs at all and included a fridge and microwave. The hotel is also very quiet; you do not hear neighbors talking or doors constantly slamming in the hallways. It honestly felt almost soundproof. Overall, I highly recommend it. The price reflects the recent renovations and there is a deposit, so I suggest calling ahead before booking to avoid any surprises at check-in. You have Wendy’s right in front of the hotel and other stores and food places nearby. All in all, an A+ experience.
