When I checked in on Saturday, 2/21/2026, I was given a FAQ dated January 16 which included a section headed "In-Room Temperature" Some excerpts: ""Temperatures vary during the day. Please keep your curtains closed and the bathroom door closed......Please call the front desk before 11pm and ask for our engineering team to adjust your HVAC unit if you are too hot or too cold" Extraordinary! I have never stayed in ANY hotel that gave me something in writing like that before. How did that work out for me? AC did not work. Front desk said they would send an engineer "right away" to fix it. After 15 minutes of engineer not showing, I went to the front desk and asked to be moved to a different room. Desk clerk said "the ac will be off in any room we put you in - you should wait for the engineer". Engineer came, worked on ac, claimed to fix it, said "give it 15 minutes". He did not fix it. It was late, we gave up, and spent the night in a stuffy room. Next morning I asked the front office supervisor Tracy to refund the money I paid for the room. She did not do that and gave me 20,000 Hilton Honors points instead, along with manager Sandy Morris' business card. I called Ms. Morris, got her voicemail, left a message. She did not return my call. Worst Embassy Suites I have ever stayed in. Never going back.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in hundreds of stays. The room had a persistent foul odor with no way to get fresh air. There was visible mold in the shower and vents, heavy dust buildup, and water damage above the kitchenette sink. The in-room safe didn’t work, and items went missing after housekeeping serviced the room. While the night managers and day supervisor were kind and helpful, Front Desk Manager Sandy was extremely difficult to deal with and dismissive of the concerns. Based on that interaction alone, I would not stay at this hotel again. There are plenty of other quality options — I would strongly encourage future travelers to consider them. Booker beware!!

I reserved a room for Valentine’s Day as a treat to me and my fiancée. I reserved a king suite AND paid for one as well. When I got there they put us in a double bed room. When I showed my reservation info the guy at the front desk stated that Priceline lied to me. Really?! Funny how last time I booked here everything was fine and I got the room I asked for. They state they’re booked up and can’t help with a refund. We usually stay here for special occasions or anniversaries but I will not be back after this experience. Thank you for ruining Valentine’s Day for us. If I wanted to sleep separately I could have just stayed home and slept on the couch. It would be more comfy than your beds. Adding: an hour after we leave I get a call from the hotel that they have a king suite that magically came available if I would like to come back. Seriously?! Seems like you lied to me Jay not Priceline. I’m just disgusted with the whole experience that this is the standard. And you don’t want to refund me so who cares you got your money right?!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very beautiful, clean, and comfortable. There was plenty of space, which made the stay even more relaxing. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day, and everything was always spotless. The bed was comfortable, and I slept very well. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options. The whole atmosphere of the hotel made it easy to feel relaxed and at home. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick, without any issues. Everything was well organized, and the staff was professional. I would happily stay here

Let me start off with the positives. The main part is lovely. I love the layout it feels spacious and modern. The breakfast is outstanding too. It does need some renovations. Some of the rooms wall paper has separated from the walls. No working fan's in bathrooms, the shower head not secured to the wall and some parts of the carpet show significant wear. But all that's just from age and use and lack of a renovation or update. Now the blood staining on the curtains is disgusting same with the old blood stain in the mattress topper ( check your beds yall) I feel like those should be replaced ( we stayed in the same room 2 times in the last 30 days same stains on curtains ). And check you're showers ourselves did not drain After all of us living though a global pandemic you would think cleanliness would be one of the highest priorities. That leaves me with my absolute biggest problem the customer service or lack thereof. I had a horrible experience with the rude front desk manager on our last stay but knocked it up to her having a bad day and takin it out on me. But this 2nd stay I see she has trained her staff how be very rude and lie to hotel goers. I have stayed and many hotels over the years and have never been spoken to like they speak to me. I truly believe there needs to be some serious customer service training to the front desk staff and manager. You can't be in the service industry and have horrible customer service. To be in hospitality and not be hospitable. I do understand everyone has off days but when you work in this field you shouldn't take them out on they clientele. Because you don't know what's going on in there life. We personally were in town for a funeral. And to be talked to like your the dirt on the bottom of their shoe is crazy. Anyway long story short this hotel has possibilities Room cleanliness and customer service aside its ok. The banquet rooms are great for conversions and reunions they have a huge breakfast included and the main parts of the hotel are very pretty. Hope this helps someone figure out their stay on if the pros outlay the consLet me start off with the positives. The main part is lovely. I love the layout it feels spacious and modern.
