A very nice place to stay in Greeneville, SC This Embassy Suites is located just to the west of the I-85 and I-385 intersection and to the southeast of downtown and Falls Park on the Reedy. It has plenty of parking and a covered entrance. Inside, it is like most Embassy Suites with a large open area in the center and glass elevators so that you can see the center space from the walkways in front of all the rooms. Also, consistent with most other hotels of this chain, it offers all-suite accommodations with separate living rooms and bedrooms, making it a great option for families or groups of travelers or groups that wants space to spread out when in the room. Happy hour and cooked-to-order breakfast are served on the main floor at the appropriate times. The staff was friendly, at check-in. The room and common areas were clean. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed, flat-screen TVs, and Wi-Fi. Design-wise, I liked the layout with private areas in the center of the base floor, a seating area to the right and the breakfast area in the back of the main floor. Overall, this Embassy Suites is a good choice for travelers visiting the area.

Great hotel. Great event space. Layout is perfect for big events. Came in for Retro Toy Con. Staff treated us great, largely leaving us alone. Free drinks & snacks in the evening a nice bonus. Free breakfast wasn’t anything mind blowing but it got the job done. I recommend it was a solid option!

This hotels allows individuals to sell merchandise out of there rooms. In this case it was on every floor and we could not be moved. People who don't stay at the hotel are allowed on any floor to go to the above rooms creating an unsafe environment for kids and families.

Very predatory hotel! The hotel charged us a service fee to charge! $4 service fee to charge is ridiculous! Plus, the hotel restaurant bill automatically includes a 15% tip but they ask you to tip again when they print the receipt for you to sign!

The air conditioning stopped working the 1st evening. There was a sticker on the thermostat saying if the unit wasn't working to turn it off and call the front desk. I called the desk and they said someone would be up asap. I waited an hour and a half and no one came. When I called the desk I was told that because I had forgotten to take the Do Not Disturb sign down they were not able to come into the room, knock or even call the room to tell me which is ludacris and just seems like malicious compliance! I removed the sign and when Maintenance came back up they hooked a hose to the unit and drained what seemed like a lot of water out of it. When they checked the temp of the air coming out it was 77 degrees even though it was set on 68. Maintenance staff apoligized and said there was noting else the could do and they would bring a fan. We ended up just turning the ac off and using a fan even though the room never cooled below 73 for the rest of the trip There was no check in or follow up from Management. I understand that equipment fails from time to time but the sticker on the thermostat and the fact that they went straight to the condensate drain tells me that this is an on going issue with room. The real kick in the teeth happened when I checked my receipt and discovered that I had been double charged for parking, but I was able to get that resolved fairly quickly online
