My experience is always great. However, the size of this hotel warrants more luggage carts. We were told by the front desk staff to look on the floors to see if some of the guests had placed them outside of their rooms. They had not, and the front desk staff did not seem overly concerned. We were on the 9th floor. The saving grace of the night was a young man by the name of Shun, who was off duty, but chose to find us a cart, loaded it, and brought it to the room. He showed impeccable character. We appreciated him.

The hotel was nice and clean. However, I made this reservation so I could spend time with my 4 year old grandson and his big excitement was to swim in the indoor pool. First walking into the area of the indoor pool I needed clothes on a a jacket preferred. The water was NOT warm at all. BIG disappointment. We tried again the next morning and he couldn't get in past his ankles. Not a fan.

First time at the location I had my service dog with me, check in attendant didn’t ask me about my dog, but upon check out decided to charge my card on file a pet fee. I had to call and explain he was a service animal and they refunded the fee.
Second time coming to this facility and I had a card on file to charge, front desk attendant asked me
For an incidental card which I provided. Then when I checked out they decided to disregard the payment method I had on file and just charge my incidental card. I have called and the service has been sub par at best! Skip this and stay somewhere else.
I will say the breakfast was good!

Overall, I was disappointed in the hotel experience. I booked this hotel using all my points for my mother in law and my son. The main reason for booking this hotel was the indoor pool. It wasn’t even remotely warm and the temperature in the pool room itself was cold. I expected more.

I recently stayed at Embassy Suites, and overall, the hotel itself was lovely. The property was comfortable, well-organized, and generally met the brand's expectations. The room was spacious, and the common areas were clean and welcoming.
Unfortunately, the reason for the low rating was a serious concern regarding cleanliness and safety. When we arrived at our room, there was dried blood on the light switch, which was very unsettling. While the staff did come and clean it up promptly, they did so using only a rag and no gloves, which raised additional concerns about proper sanitation practices. Additionally, the situation was not treated as a significant concern by the front desk staff, which was disappointing given the seriousness of the issue. Although the response was quick, the handling of the situation significantly impacted my overall impression of the stay.
