  I really enjoyed my stay nice big rooms and comfy bed only thing I didn’t like was house keeping I stayed there over the weekend me and husband left out and came back the next day usually the house keeper clean the rooms when you leave she just took the trash and took out old towels and left new one the bed was not made up and bathtub had a hair tie that was mine in it I’m like I thought house keeping do light cleaning while u there I guess not and they didn’t refill the shower gel or shampoo I asked for another the day of us getting there and left the extra one in the shower thinking the lady would see the old ones were empty but that didn’t happen the guest service desk ppl was great but house keeping sucks… only conplain

  Relativ Neues Hotel (Bewertung 2025), moderne Zimmer, in meinem Zimmer war auch kein Teppich drin was ich gut finde. Sehr nüchtern eingerichtet. Kein Schrank. Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank vorhanden und sauber. Funktionierendes Bügeleisen & Bügelbrett. Oberflächlich sauber aber hier und da waren Flecken -> Couch , Sessel…. Bad war sauber. Frühstück ok. Aber alles sehr Basic. Für jeden aber was dabei. Preis/Leistung 3/5

  Sharon is amazing she really went out of her way to help me out . My phone died and I left it in an uber didn’t realize it until I was at the front desk checking in . She kept me cool and calm told me we’re going to get it back . She messaged uber gave a little ifo and she had my phone back in an hour . I will definitely be booking another room here on my next trip to Greenville because of her. If Management is watching, she deserves a raise . Thank you sharon

  Nicely appointed, very clean rooms. Mattresses are clean but well used, should be replaced. Restaurant / bar is convenient with a limited menu and could be out of what you ordered. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

  Stayed at this hotel this past weekend to attend my kid’s competition in the area. Close to restaurants/shopping, however traffic is terrible on Woodruff Rd. Checked in Friday night around 7pm and took bags to room. We booked a King Suite with a separate sitting area with couch bed for kid to have their own area. We immediately left room to grab dinner and returned around 930-10pm. When we got back to room and opened couch bed, it was disgusting! Cookies, wine stains, brown stains that are either food or something else were on the mattress cover. Called the front desk and the only option was to move to was a room with 2 queen beds, no separate sitting area. (No one available to clean it). Saturday morning we had to leave around 10am to attend event and we checked with front desk to ask about whether our original room had been cleaned yet. It was not, and we were told someone would call when it was ready. They called about an hour later to tell us the room was ready. They called again about 45 minutes later saying we had to come back to move our things so they could clean the room they moved us to the night before. So we had to leave the event, which was the only reason we were there, to come and move our things back to the original room. Talked to front desk at checkout on Sunday and was told a manager would call us on Monday. Never received that call.
