  Overall good experience. Shuttle was available to guests just for errands or visiting downtown which was nice. Very helpful staff. Housekeeping was really loud, lots of banging noises and loud talking/walkie-talkies in whatever hall they were in - never really experienced that at a hotel. Rooms were clean and well-kept, but I had a pool view room which made it hard to wake up naturally since I wasn’t getting outside light. Had to keep the curtains closed since the lights at the pool were on late, so if you want natural light ask for a room on the outside. Location is fairly close to a few spots and about a mile to the big strip, Target, Trader Joe’s, etc. which was not a difficult walk.

  My stay at the Crowne Plaza Greenville was genuinely excellent from start to finish. The rooms were spotless and comfortable exactly what you want after a long day. Everything felt well-maintained and welcoming, not just “hotel nice,” but actually relaxing. The staff truly stood out. Every interaction was warm, professional, and gracious, the kind of service that makes you feel like a valued guest rather than a room number. Special recognition goes to Chris, the transportation supervisor, who went above and beyond to be accommodating. His professionalism, flexibility, and genuine care made logistics effortless and stress-free something that matters more than people realize. If you’re staying in Greenville and want comfort, excellent service, and a team that actually shows up for you, this Crowne Plaza delivers. I’d absolutely stay here again.

  Great service. Chris is truly a great person. He is structured, easy to talk to and is just a person with a great vibe. His fun personality and the music he plays in his shuttle just made all the anxiety of deployment disappear. He enjoys what he does and always has a smile on. It made me want to emulate him. Thank you Chris!

  I truly want to thank Tanika and Breslyn for all of their help from registering to leaving they were very helpful no matter what I asked.Also when the bathroom water was not blendable matinence dept fixed it immediately. Thank you all

  We checked in . Had a small 5 lbs dog. The woman that checked us in said it's ok. Make sure she keeps quiet . Whole day goes by.....day after Christmas. Walked thru lobby with her once again 4x..... and a whole group of employees just doing nothing at Gunther desk .....say hello...said hello and kept going towards elevators.....one runs me down excuse me excuse me....I said how an I help you? She asked what room are you in? I asked why? If it's about the dog the person that checked us in cleared her and said it was fine...... Within 30 minutes for a alert for $200 charge! Don't come after me come after your employees . Disgusting behavior. Staff was rude, unhelpful, not welcoming and very unprofessional since we 1st arrived . I would never stay here again ever. The whole staff is way beyond not being professional, delightful and nice.....considering especially what we paid per night. DO NOT STAY HERE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED BY THE CONDUCT OF THE STAFF AND THE WAY THEY PRESENT THEM SELVES.......I could say more but I won't and can't. UPDATE* THE MANAGER REACHED OUT TO ME PERSONALLY AND SAID THAT HE WOULD BE TRAINING HIS STAFF TO DO BETTER. AND GAVE MY REFUND OF TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS. I AM VERY GLAD THE WAY THAT HE RESPONDED AND ACTED APPROPRIATELY AND IS LOOKING TO TRAIN HIS STAFF TO BE BETTER TO GUESTS.
