    We found roaches in our first room and in the next room we were moved to. I think the staff know they have a roach problem and spray each room after each stay. We found dead bugs in both rooms, but after staying a bit, the live ones came out. The front desk clerk was very friendly, but we ultimately checked out and found another hotel on our own. Please don't ignore the reviews like I did... Just don't go here. If you need a room with a kitchenette, nearby Homewood Suites is nice and clean.

    Started with dealing with bed bugs. Reception said no changing rooms. Then gave me spray for the bugs. Absolutely disgusting. Because it has extended stay rooms available, the riff raff is there.

    Stayed last night and as soon as you turn your lights out Cockroaches. Grossssss omg they were crawling in the tub and in back of the bed. Bathroom counter, on the floors. Yes they’re palmetto’s bugs but also roaches. Little babies ones even inside the refrigerator. Don’t let the reviews say it’s a 4.2 because it’s not!!! The bed is clean sheets for what I saw and the bedroom looks neat and clean. It’s the roach hotel. Didn’t want there coffee and food. Got the hell of there 7:00 am. Staff were very nice but it doesn’t make up for cockroaches. It’s a very noisy outside. Workers in construction. They stop at midnight. Never again. You get what you paid for $158.00 total. Said it was $112. Lots of charges maybe for the roaches?

    Hotel sits off from the road it's Nice and clean.free laundry also..mini fridge wasn't working properly it wasn't cold at all.breakfast choices was awful ..but I Paid great price for 4 days. food store (inside the hotel )prices are too expensive it is very overpriced.I didn't like the luggage carts very small.I didn't like the parking lot in the back it was very dark near a wooded area.Hotel not far from restaurants and shopping area .ice maker (refrigerator) made loud noise.But other them that I would recommend.very quiet hotel .(besides the ice maker )
