  David the manager here is extremely rude. He basically expressed that there is no person over him I could make a complaint with. The staff expressed to me I needed to “close my door” after I left it cracked while gathering my belongings. At 2:04pm while on my way out the room the housekeeper “Joey” expressed, “2:00 is the time”. It was literally 2:04. David expressed someone was waiting in the hotel lobby for the room. I don’t even do late checkouts, but the 1 time I did it was a problem. I expressed that they should’ve told me no to a late checkout. I believe as a black woman, for men to come and harass me, and barge in my room, it’s unacceptable. The front desk called and offered me points because the staff began knocking on my door at 1:45pm. I acknowledged it was my fault because I had set a small bag of trash outside the room which could’ve confused staff. I declined the points. But at 2:04 for Joey to come and knock on my door and be rude, I can see why the staff is extremely rude, upper management. It all starts at the top. The 2 Hispanic men cleaning the other rooms are the men that told me I needed to close my door. Very upsetting experience. Black folks, it’s not the most expensive hotel, and they will treat you like crap. The staff is abrasive and extremely rude. Beware!

  Our driver Ella made our trip to the hotel smooth, safe, and stress-free from start to finish. She was punctual, professional, and incredibly courteous. The van was clean and comfortable, and she navigated traffic with ease, getting us there right on time. What really stood out was her friendly attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend—excellent service all around! See you next time Ella from Delta Flight ✈️ Crew!!

  The driver Ella was professional and down to earth at the same time. She is truly an asset to Crowne Plaza.The big smiling face that greeted us at curbside after a long day, was as welcoming if not more than the smile we received upon entering the lobby from Pamela the front desk professional.

  I was greeted at the front desk by the nicest staff that I've ever been around. Especially Breslyn, Who got me all squared away on my room and accommodated me very professionally. And also the nicest young lady named Ella, who answered my questions and provided me with complimentary water and just had the sweetest spirit and smile. This Crowne plaza is so lucky to have these two employees here!

  Ella the airport driver went above and beyond to take care of me and my bags. She inisiteld on taking my 3 bags from inside the lobby and loading them up without one ounce of help. She said she just wanted me to relax before my work day started. I’ve never had an airport driver treat me with such kindness. Thank you Ella!
