  The suites were absolutely perfect for a group of women traveling (or it would great for a family) providing 2 bathrooms in addition to tge separate den and kitchenette. Everyone - from the front desk to the kitchen staff to the maintenance staff - was helpful and courteous.

  The room and facilities were fairly standard, but exceptionally clean. From the front desk staff to the breakfast—especially the coffee—you can really tell this hotel is run with a lot of heart. That's why I'm giving them five stars.

  Beware. People with service animals. They will deny you your room, even though you have already paid for it and they WILL argue with you trying to make you look like an idiot. Apparently, the guy at the front desk on 04/03/2026 knows laws better than the law knows itself. Literally denied access with service animal because thats “their policy” aka “we discriminate you”. Also accused me of faking documents with AI. 100% this is going further. Imagine how many people they have discriminated against so far…

  This place is amazing. Super clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds. One of the best hotels I been in. Traveling more than 50 years. Great breakfast, fresh and tasty. Staff was amazing as well. Joshua was a welth of information and very open to helping you save money then and on your next stay. Room service came every day (stayed 4 days) and cleaned and made bed. Great job to all staff. You won't regret staying here.

  Service and breakfast were good, but the room was over-priced for the amentities and quality. We had a King Suite and paid over $150. For a suite the room was cramped. The bathroom door scraped across the floor. The toilet is about a foot off the ground and required acrobatics to get up and down. The pull out sofa was basicallly a rock hard love seat. The pillows were kid's size. The clocks were wrong (three weeks after daylight savings). The cable/satellite had no local or premium channels and no guide.No idea what you were even watching. The shower door made it mandatory to go in to turn on the water and adjust the temperature before getting scalded or frozen. There is no fan in the bathroom for exhaust. The refrigerator actually froze our drinks. Traffic was terrible even if the location was decent. This would have been okay at $100 or less, but definitely not what we paid.
