    Great stay! The new rooms are really nice. The beds are super comfortable and the bedding is soft and clean. Great value for the price.

    When I find pests in a hotel room, I expect a basic level of cleanliness and professional maintenance, neither of which were met here. Finding a bed bug is a traveler's worst nightmare because of the risk of bringing them home, and it’s clear the rooms are not being properly inspected between guests.

    Stayed here for a night while visiting Greenville for a friend wedding. Rooms were clean and recently renovated. Service was good. They offered free parking and breakfast which had good options. Close to the airport and many other restaurants.

    Grate location for truckers. Friendly staff clean rooms , amazing showers. Font forget to get some hotdogs at skips next door.

    My accommodations(king, non-smoking, pet-friendly)were not given after being told that if I accepted sub-par accommodations(smoking/double bed, pet friendly room) for 1 night that I would be moved in the morning. There are burn marks on the table and burn mark holes on one of the covers on the bed Owner/Manager is very RUDE AND making disparaging remarks with regard to people w/disabilities. I would even go as far as to say she is VERY BIASED AND JUDGMENTAL, She said that she wasn't responsible for processing times of 3rd party booking sites if I wanted a refund. She also said it wasnt their fault that the message I sent wasnt received. She even went as far as to ask me if I was going to go to God when I asked about a corporate number to go further with my complaint. She said that she was the highest as she was the owner. I also told her I know my rights as a person w/a disability and she asked what was that. I told her I didnt have to tell her and that it is illegal to ask a person about their disability to which she said..well she isnt a doctor or doctor's office. This error was made on their part. The front Desk person on 4/11 was also very rude when "he" kept cutting me off and I told him I was talking and dont keep cutting me off. He cut me off again and asked, "Are you done, are you finished? I have been staying at this same property for 4 years even through their renovations and I have never had a hotel stay like this one. I have never experienced the depth of dishonesty and disrespectful behavior that I encontered today. This owner is not taking her accountability as an owner and using the Best Western logo which promotes great hospitality and accommodations all for the sake of making money. I made/paid for my reservation on March 22nd and the level of hospitality I received...disparing remarks....disrespectful attitude, etc. is so disappointing but I guess this is the nature of society these days. STAY IF YOU CHOOSE FOR THE ECONOMICAL PRICES(we thought we had found a gem for 4 years until now(Apr 2026) BUT IF YOU EVER ENCOUNTER AN ISSUE, THE OWNER/GENERAL MANAGER is very rude and promises things she definitely is not going to give). This matter will be escalated to my attorney because the disparaging remarking regarding one with a disability will not be tolerated. Update: 4/13-As you can see ladies and gentlemen, I must have struck a nerve with the manager,....Amber? See what you didnt expect was for me to write down everything you said. Who wants to move in the middle of the night? I did want a room on the first floor but that was not requested either verbally or in writing. The only thing I requested was a pet friendly king room. I never wanted your team to violate a policy to go in the renovated rooms. I understood that policy, but YOU told your team to offer me a smoking, double-bed, pet-friendly room for the 1st night and I would be moved the next day unless you are saying that your TEAM is lying. Now would you be a manager to lie and say that you didnt say that? Dont answer that because from the looks of it...you would. I am just telling the truth about the remarks....YOU yourself made to me and Dennis who was very rude who you said that you would take care of personally before you got nasty with me. You are right...I have every right to pursue every legal avenue and the ball has already started, ma'am. Don't think that I dont have everything that was said by you and your team...I do. Every word written here is the truth. I will be also posting this encounter on social media platforms and will tag Best Western in the process. People should really avoid the hotel...not because of the hotel itself, but because of people like you. You need help seriously! I pray that people will take this as a warning that THIS is not the hospitality and welcoming atmosphere you normally get at Best Western...this is by far the worse I have ever experienced it and maybe Best Western need to train you a little more since you are using their marketing and promotional materials.
