  I’m staying here while working out of state. It’s quiet and rooms are clean. Person I met at front desk was super nice, and greeted me right away.

  You'd be better off staying somewhere else. I stayed with them last September, and this year they charged my credit card again for the stay.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience. I was double charged $793.27 for my stay, and nearly a year later, I am still waiting for a resolution. I have made numerous attempts to fix this—calling the hotel, sending emails, and even reaching out to higher management and guest relations—but have received no response, no explanation, and no refund. Management is never available, and there has been zero follow-up despite repeated efforts on my end. Being ignored for this long over a billing error is beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. If you value your money and expect basic customer service, I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

  This holiday Inn is in a good location with food and gas close by. The building and rooms are clean. My only issue is getting a printed copy of my room receipt when checking out early in the morning. That's probably not a concern for most people.
