- PMPeter MayoJan 3, 20265.0Nice to see this place back on the right track. I used to stay here often, but it really was starting to go downhill in cleanliness. After this visit, I can see that a change in the quality of staff has really helped this place ! Brandy in particular and the young blonde lady who checked us in (whose name escapes me at the moment) were outstanding - very friendly, kind and most importantly, professional. It was sad to see such a nice new hotel going down the drain, but with people like these two and the brunette who has always taken good care of the breakfast area I’ll surely be back.. Whoever hired these three did a great job !

There is credit cards skimming/fraud going on at this hotel and they don’t care. When we tried to work out the issue with the hotel and IHG no one cared and we just received the run around.

We had an issue with the reservation and the person at the desk handles it immediately, after IHG customer service couldn't. The breakfast was hot and had an adequate variety. Would definitely use this hotel again if in the area.
