- TDTHIS IS ME: SANDRA DApr 4, 20265.0Had a wonderful stay here during our Fort Mills, SC trip. Conveniently located near lots of restaurants, supermarkets, and fun to go places. The staff was kind, respectful, and very accommodating. I wish I took a pic, but they do offer breakfast (buffet style) with lots of options. The pool area was nice, clean, and quiet considering being in a busy area. I would definitely recommend staying here.

- TTtayMar 8, 20261.0This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The condition of this place was absolutely unacceptable. The hallways looked like a construction site. The carpet was ripped up with exposed glue and debris all over the floor. There was dust, dirt, and pieces of material everywhere. It felt unsafe just walking through the hallway, and it looked like the hotel was in the middle of renovations but still letting guests stay there. The room itself was even worse. The bed had a visible hole and looked completely worn out and poorly maintained. The bedding was wrinkled and looked like it had barely been prepared. It did not feel clean or comfortable at all. For a hotel that is supposed to provide a place to rest, the bed was honestly shocking. Nothing about this stay felt properly managed. Guests should not be paying to stay somewhere that looks unfinished, dirty, and poorly maintained. If a hotel is going to do major renovations, they should either close sections of the property or clearly warn guests before they arrive. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel until they fix the serious maintenance and cleanliness issues. This experience was extremely disappointing and far below what anyone should expect when paying for a hotel stay.
