    Area was quiet. Restaurants/ stores nearby.There was a warm inside pool at this location ( Fort Mills). Downside was the fire pit wasn't working and bathroom door was almost near impossible to slide close. Other than that great stay and we will return.

    2 vehicles broken into. One was mine. No cameras on outside of the building. Break ins was both on the side parking lots. Received no call from the manager. Read the rest of the reviews... Not the first time and not the last. DO NOT STAY HERE until they can atleast put up cameras to hopefully recover your things. Hotel staff and manager can care less what happens to your personal property...

    When I checked in and tried to give my daughter a shower, I discovered there was no hot water. Staff admitted this had been a problem since the night before, yet no one disclosed it before booking or at check-in. The problem continued for a second day without being resolved. When I asked for a reasonable solution — like moving hotels or an extra night for free — I was told I would need to pay an additional $70. I booked in good faith expecting a basic necessity like hot water, and Hilton failed to provide that. Instead of fixing the problem, they tried to charge me more. This was disruptive, stressful for my family, and completely unacceptable for a Hilton property. Guests deserve honesty and basic amenities. I would not recommend this hotel until they resolve these issues and treat their customers fairly. Edit to add- I was not the only guest who was not informed about the lack of hot water at check in. I spoke to at least 2 other guests who also were not made aware. This shows that it was NOT a one-time slip-up in not informing guests, but an ongoing issue that demonstrates a lack of intention to keep guests informed about the hot water outage.
