Miguel at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and professional. The room was really clean and comfortable. The location is ok but there are some decent places to eat nearby. It’s silly there are no sidewalks to get to the restaurants but I reckon that’s not the hotels fault.

Had a great experience at this hotel. Everyone was so friendly and joyful. The breakfast was delicious. It’s a convenient stop when driving from NY to FL. My pets were welcomed with a gift bag. 10/10 can’t recommend enough.

***Not sure how this Hampton has a 4.5 rating when there have been so many negative reviews over the past year.
While we appreciate the response on this review from this Hampton Inn. Asking us to call is quite idiotic. We've called many times and was always told that the manager, @lli$on, would call us back. It never happened. Why is it different now?
Our stay at the Hampton Inn in Fort Mill was incredibly disappointing. The hotel itself is just “okay” — not the nicest, not the worst — but the customer service and billing experience were completely unacceptable.
We asked to have our room charges placed on our corporate credit card and the pet fee on our personal card. Instead, they charged the pet fee to BOTH cards. When we asked them to correct it, they didn’t. We were promised calls from the manager on three separate occasions, and she never reached out. It ultimately took five days — and far too much follow-up — before Hilton finally corrected the billing.
To make matters worse, we were repeatedly told the mistake was our fault, and the man who answered the phone actually laughed every time we called.
We’ve been loyal Hilton Diamond Members for over 15 years in the past, so we know how Hilton used to treat their customers. Unfortunately, that level of respect is no longer there.
This Hampton Inn was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had, and we’ll now be exploring loyalty with another brand.
