outta 15 hotels that wouldnt wanna let me check in all cause pass midnight n be4 3pm or 4pm cant allow any one... even tho i had a hotel setup be4 i even left ohio to come here to Charlotte, N. C. and even called within 10 mins of reserving the room i even called the hotel n explained that i had the reservation and that my departure time was behind which made me behind n said itd be around 1am-2am... and arrived just mins after 1am... walked in to check in and guy first wasnt gonna let me cause of the hr... and then i handed him my chime credit card... and denied it... said that the hotel company policy was they banned chime cards... and that was all i had on me... and i literally called hotel after hotel til finally the guy who works night shift and best Western and this dude wish i knew his name but hooked me up and said all thr other hotels are dumb n makes no sense for them to be like that... so thank u to this place cause of u inwas at least able to get 3 hrs sleep n be4 i started work at 6 next morning...

The hotel staff are very kind and courteous, the breakfast is always fresh each morning, and the common areas are kept very clean, room service does a wonderful job, the room and the hotel is a bit dated, it could use some renovations but it’s nice to have a bit more of a classic feel, it’s cozy. I felt very safe here and it’s quiet at night. Thank you Best Western Carowinds! A wonderful stay.
