But when I called reservations I was told that there was no incidental deposit so I was surprised when I went to check in that it was $50 so I was lied to just to get me to book a room. So it came around a $171 i understand that its refundable but thats is insane to be lied to. And that i might not get my $50 back for 7 business days. And then for $171 I expected breakfast to be better than what it was no waffles very small selection was disappointed
- MCMatt Arnold (CivilFatality)Dec 24, 20255.0The TLDR of this place is that it's much nicer than the price would have you think. The staff here are very friendly. Everything from the lobby to the elevators to the rooms are very clean. As for the room itself, I had a 1-King room and while the room itself is small, it still felt cozy with everything I needed, including a safe, mini fridge, large mirror, a HUGE TV, and a large window with a blackout curtain. The bathroom is actually quite large with plenty of counter space and a spacious walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. The only downside of the room was that storage space was absolutely minimal, there's no closet and just a couple of bench seats with storage cubbys underneath; and also 8 coat hooks around the room with couple of hangers. The breakfast area is small but I think they did a good job of covering all the bases. There were eggs, potatoes, and sausage on the hot bar, a few different cereals and yogurts, and assorted bagels, muffins, and hot oatmeal. There's also a juice dispenser and bean-to-cup coffee machines. Again, nothing fancy, but I was happy with the choices on offer. Overall, I would happily stay here again. It's a clean and cozy place for a bit less money than I'd expect. If you are willing to deal with the lack of storage in the rooms, then I can't think of a reason to stay anywhere else.

Noone helped me. Even i called hotel manager no respond. Unprofessional. I had the cancel my reservation and found different hotel.

She most assuredly made me feel welcomed. She also hooked me up with a room just around the corner from the elevator. My room was chilled to perfection when I walked in. It was also very clean and my bed was AMAZING!! I most definitely recommend this location for other travelers needing a place to kick up their feet after a long travel.
