The rooms are clean, spacious and well appointed, as are the public spaces. It’s a delight to have a stocked kitchenette even for a one night stay, since we had takeout. The staff is extremely helpful and professional, even down to their attire— a pleasant difference. We are bookmarking this hotel as the place to stay every time we pass through.

First visit I had a suite and it was nice and clean..2nd visit i had a 1 bedroom and it smelled like dog and had dog hair everywhere including the dishes and some cups had old stains..The only thing that turned my negatives in positives was Mrs Rose from the buffet area..She is a special woman with great energy and was very sweet to my kids and my wife..Thank you Mrs Rose and Happy Belated Birthday..

Stayed here after reading so many glowing reviews about cleanliness and was sorely disappointed. The staff are friendly, courteous, and the breakfast staff are the star of this hotel. The room was fine - but worn out and not clean. Yes superficially it was clean with no egregious spills, hair, and clean sheets. But beyond the surface everything was dirty and damaged. The door did not close properly when entering and exiting which was a security concern. Dusty vents, wear and tear to the bathroom, overall worse for wear. We understood it was a pet friendly hotel but many hotels are dog friendly but reserve certain rooms for allergic guests to be guaranteed. Not the case here, if you have allergies steer clear. There were mystery stains and damage, a bunch of gunk on the chair, and a towel shoved into the gap by the dishwasher. It was passable for one night stay, better than a cheaper motel, but not worth revisiting. I booked it as the highest rated and also most expensive accommodation in the area and it fell short on meeting expectations.

It was a beautiful suite. Clean, very spacious and the breakfast was amazing! I had 5 stars for my first stay but I had to come back and edit my review because the first night I stayed in a suite it was very clean and smelled amazing BUT I stayed a second night on the way back to Pennsylvania and the room was TERRIBLE. Smelled like dog, kitchen floor was coming up because of obviously it was soaking up pee from an animal. Opened up the sofa bed and it had dog hair and dirty dog prints on the bed. The whole couch smelled like a wet dog. The only person who turned that stay around was Mrs. Rose from the buffet area. She is so amazing and I'm very grateful to have had the pleasure of speaking with her. My kids adore her. She was so helpful and attentive. Her energy was so amazing. Mrs. Rose if you see this review just know you'll are 10 stars across the board. Happy belated birthday to one of the best angels I have ever come across!!
