I checked in Friday at 4:30pm. I asked if there was any baggage carts. The lady went and found one. She told me it was old and loose. I started to my car and there were men outside washing your Holiday Inn sign therefore they had a hose all the way through the parking lot. Got the cart loaded and then proceeded back to the hotel. Well I couldn’t get the cart over the hose. There was a guy getting out of his car and he was helping me get the cart over the hose. I told him the cart was loose and I no sooner said that and the metal pipe came loose and swung around and hit my right eye! I was in pain! It hurt so bad! I got my luggage to my room and took the cart back down and told them to take that cart out of commission!! I was never offered any type of compensation for my room or anything! I did fill out an incident report. The guy that tried to help happened to be an employee there as well! Totally unacceptable and unsatisfied with how this situation was handled!

Room was great. I got great service. Breakfast was very good. The staff was kind and helpful. Swimming pool was good. Water was a little bit cool but still nice. Can get free bottles of water and there's a room in the lobby that has snacks and drinks. Pilot truck stop near by. There's a subway in walking distance as well. I would stop there again

    1. I walked in and the Desk Clerk was sitting in the breakfast area. I said hello. He look at me and kept watching TV. I walked to the corner and said hello again. He still did not move. Eventually he came and asked how could he help. Finally got my room. 2. Elevator broken. No out of order sign on door. I entered and was stuck until a DoorDash Driver opened it for me. Came out to see a note taped that reads "mash floor 4 to get the 2nd elevator to the ground floor". 3. Room okay. Floor dirty. It has a sewage smell. Well, we found out why. The water was backing up in the shower and toilet. 4. The pancake machine was down during breakfast. My husband mentioned it ("my wife said that the pancake machine is broken or has an error mesage") to the attendant, and she responded with, "tell her to fix it then". WOW My response to my husband was, "they are being unprofessional, but I leave feedback so others do not have to endure what we endured.

11/22 Update: My second time visiting this hotel was not great. I was first given a room that housekeeping was currently working on. Then I was told I'd be moved to another floor. The room I was moved to is right next to the elevator, and you can hear it vibrate very loud every time it goes up/down. It's impossible to sleep. The hotel also didn't have any water bottles left to give out. - Great place to stop in for a night. Courteous staff and a decent complimentary breakfast. Good heat/AC in the rooms too
