  Decent layover stop accomodations. Everything was clean and breakfast attendant was very nice and courteous. Only complaint is road noise from I-95. To be expected I suppose but it seemed a bit heavy at times.

  Skimpier breakfast than the last time I stayed there. I was at breakfast at 8am, it ends at 9. Refrigerator was dirty as was the bathtub. Stains on bedspread.

  Disgusting hotel – never again I’m honestly being generous giving this hotel 2 stars. The only reason it gets any stars at all is because the man at the front desk was clearly embarrassed and kind enough to change our room after we discovered it had not been cleaned. There was hair in the toilet and urine in the bathtub. Let that sink in. They gave us a “cleaned” room afterward, but the hotel overall is absolutely disgusting. I paid almost $200 for this stay — the same price I paid for another hotel from the exact same chain in Washington, DC, which was actually clean and well maintained. This one doesn’t even come close. The entire place feels dirty and poorly cared for. The carpets look like they have never been washed. Everything gives off a run-down, unhygienic vibe. Breakfast was another uncomfortable experience. I understand it’s a continental breakfast, but the women working in the breakfast area barely spoke. They would point instead of answering questions and stare at you the entire time while you served yourself, which felt extremely uncomfortable. I assume this was because we arrived about 20 minutes before breakfast ended, but that’s still no excuse. Nothing about this hotel feels welcoming, clean, or worth the price. Never again.

  We have been staying at this Hotel Since 2002 and we have never been disappointed. The rooms are always clean and ready. My most Favorite thing about this hotel is the Breakfast! Not only is it Free, but Lisa B. has been keeping the food area clean and the food filled every time we have been there. She does an amazing job! Their Breakfast is among the best!

  I checked in Friday at 4:30pm. I asked if there was any baggage carts. The lady went and found one. She told me it was old and loose. I started to my car and there were men outside washing your Holiday Inn sign therefore they had a hose all the way through the parking lot. Got the cart loaded and then proceeded back to the hotel. Well I couldn’t get the cart over the hose. There was a guy getting out of his car and he was helping me get the cart over the hose. I told him the cart was loose and I no sooner said that and the metal pipe came loose and swung around and hit my right eye! I was in pain! It hurt so bad! I got my luggage to my room and took the cart back down and told them to take that cart out of commission!! I was never offered any type of compensation for my room or anything! I did fill out an incident report. The guy that tried to help happened to be an employee there as well! Totally unacceptable and unsatisfied with how this situation was handled!
