My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The hotel felt safe and quiet, which made it easy to relax. I recommend this place if you’re looking for a short stay at a great price! I saw some of the reviews, but don’t let them discourage you—this hotel is perfect for a good night’s rest at a convenient price. I will come again!

- JBJoe BNov 13, 20251.0Stayed for 4 days, and this was by far the worst motel I have ever stayed at. Using the bathroom and seeing roaches crawl from behind floor tiles. Room wasn't serviced once during my stay. Phone in room didn't work. Batteries died in the card reader on the door, and had to wait until someone arrived in order to access my room. FLOORS ARE FILTHY! literally turned the bottom of our feet and socks black! Couldn't utilize the do not disturb sign because the magnet wouldn't stick to the front door. Nightstand drawer had cracked sunflower seeds from a previous stay inside. Every issue I had I brought to the attention to the staff and was told to speak with the manager (who coincidentally wasn't available until after i checked out) . This room was so bad that i didn't even want to be moved to another room due to complaints i heard from other customers while I was standing outside of my room. Literally tried to stay out of the room as long as possible to avoid staying in that hell hole. When i spoke to the manager his message was basically: 1. The floors are dirty because its an outdoor motel. 2.Thats why our prices are so low 3. Since you used booking.com I cant refund anything (even though i have seen other reviews from best western customers who got refunded even though they used booking.com) The pics below are pics of our socks after walking around in our room…. Stay away from this place
