    Woke up and had no water and they said they were out of water at the front desk, never been to a hotel that had no water but “ok”. Other than that wasn’t too bad just a standard Hampton inn.

    The only positive part of my stay was the professional and helpful blonde gentleman at the front desk with the nose rings. Unfortunately, everything else was extremely disappointing. Upon checking into room I was immediately met with a strong musty, mildew, and wet dog odor that has made me ill for several days. The bathroom sink was also clogged and took nearly 30 minutes to drain. I reported both issues the following morning, but the staff on duty at that time offered no assistance and responded with an unpleasant attitude. After the third day, I requested housekeeping services, but this made no difference in the cleanliness of the room or the issues I had already reported. After six days of waiting without resolution, while dealing with worsening respiratory issues, I decided to investigate the issues and report them again. What I discovered was alarming: heavy mold growth, air conditioning filters clogged to the maximum, and a soaking wet carpet beneath the unit, which explained the unbearable odor. Additionally, I found mold inside the coffee pot and iron, excessive dog hair throughout the room, filthy carpeting that I refused to walk barefoot on day 1, blood stains on the shower curtain and mold in the shower caulking with multiple stains across the bathroom tile. Thankfully I presented photos of my findings and the blonde gentleman at the front desk immediately moved me to another room without hesitation. His professionalism was the only redeeming part of my stay.
